Explained this, was quoted verbally, charged upfront for the service (this came in handy for them later), service was completed, but installed several inches below ground level with no visible cover and they left. When calling to ask about this issue after the technician left, they stated I should have asked for a detailed quote upfront and had them scope/measure the depth onsite first, because the tank was at a depth where an above ground riser would have stuck 3 inches above ground. They said they "assumed it was the proper depth" when quoting me over the phone and not admitting their mistake- and even claimed they had explained this requirement upfront (which they did not). This is a clear example of taking advantage of the customer to get the job and trying to bait them into an upsell- because they tried to upsell me grading of the lawn to make the riser proper depth. Worst of all- they blamed me for their upfront quoting mistake. My only mistake was trusting them to quote/complete the service properly. Will not be doing business with them again since they charged for a service that has no value/did not accomplish what I requested.

I called them and the owner swore at me, called me a liar, and said he was sending someone over. His person came and confirmed that they broke the pipe (I have it recorded) and when I talked to the owner he swore at me again and said his guy was wrong and didn't know what he was talking about, but in the sake of customer service he would waive the $800 that it cost to do the pipe. Of course there was over $40,000 worth of damage to my finished basement and oh by the way they sent me a bill for their work shortly after. They are in the right business because they are full of crap and they stink at what they do.

I was going back and forth between them and a drain cleaner to come and deal with our issue. The staff at Stewart's advises me to have the plumber come because they were sure that it was an interior issue (very honest as they were advising me properly but also advising a different service first before their emergency call). The drain cleaner I spoke with was hesitant to come out and had me bring septic first. Rudi from Stewart's was at our house within an hour, located and dug our our septic access quickly, and pumped our tank which was not at an unusual level.. he had me flush the toilet to see if the water came into the tank and just as they thought it was an interior issue.. BUT Rudi told me if I could plug the pipe where water was coming into my basement that the toilet flushing should push out whatever was blocking the pipes still. He waited patiently while I duct taped the pipe closed (good old duct tape!) and boom.. out came what was probably an entire roll of toilet paper that my daughter flushed.. although I did not need to have my septic tank pumped necessarily now I know what timeline I can use, and they saved me a good amount of money I'm having to have a plumber come out in addition to the septic pump. The customer service was fantastic between Kathy in the office and Rudi coming to work at our home. I will not use anybody else!

They were insistent that I needed a costly diagnostic study. I fully concurred but I wasn't confident they were the right ones to conduct it. I decided to get a second opinion. Enter All Seasons Septic, with Brad Robertson and his sons. In the course of several hours, they flushed, cleaned and added chemicals to my system. They recommended a local company to clear the drains in the house. This company arrived several hours later and completed the job. In short I have nothing but the highest praise for All Seasons Septic.
