The topside crew washes my windows, checks tire pressures, checks all my fluids, fills the new oil, shows me how to reset my oil change reminder, puts on a new windshield oil change reminder cling. Usually less than 10 minutes. $65 for my Lincoln MKX. In & Out @ Reggie's. They also do transmission flushes which I had them do today. These guys are epic. I get more value than I expect for the money.

They pulled it in checked the level and oil sample and told me they wouldn't recommend changing it as it didn't need it. They tightened the plug and replaced the missing washer and didn't charge me. Told me to come back in a few weeks if I had any issues or if I wanted them to check the plugs. Very much appreciate the honesty and customer service. My boyfriend found the oil drain plug gasket was compromised & had to completely redo my oil change. After spending $150 at Grease Monkey, then another $80 to fix the problem they caused, we called hoping to at least get a refund for the $80 & they refused saying because we drained the oil they weren't reliable & the gasket wouldn't cause an oil leak. Manager stated that it was all hearsay, basically calling us liars. Manager also refused to give the owners information over the phone saying "he lives out of town". Don't go here they clearly have no idea what they're doing!!!

I asked why and the disgruntled employee went off on a tangent saying he was insulted and I should take my business elsewhere. Simple question should have resulted in a simple but professional answer. Had excellent service on multiple occasions however at the Burns Oregon store and is why i called Kalispell. I will certainly suggest to friends and family to steer clear of this location. It also appears that if you leave a negative review here, they'll respond with completely false allegations in order to justify their wrong doing. Unbelievable. Oh, and one more thing, I was quoted over $300 less from the Burns Oregon Point S Tire location for the exact same service.

At first it took a couple tries then started no problem. It's now progressed to not starting more than once a day. So basically if I go to work I can't get home and have to have it towed away or have someone pick me up. I've taken it to numerous repair shops and the warranty noller sold me is useless for the problem they knew it had. And now everyone says "can't find it, it started right up". I have video and screenshots showing what it does but they still "can't figure it out" = waste thousands on unnecessary work but don't actually fix the problem. I will NEVER buy another car from here. I will NEVER recommend this place. I bought my traverse off Vroom, sight unseen and didn't get ripped off this bad. Absolutely disgusting business. And they will "buy it back" but put me -$15K. Crooks. Completely. ETA: took it in for them to "fix" on multiple occasions and they couldn't figure it out. Yet in the process of trying to diagnose the problem had it on the lift multiple times. I ended up taking it to a local mechanic instead of the dealership. He put it on the lift and immediately called to tell me my right front wheel bearing was almost gone! This makes me so angry because what if my children had been in the car when it went? We could all have been seriously injured or worse!!! There was no way Noller didn't see this problem, they chose to not give a fuck and play roulette with my children's lives. Also my review doesn't show on their Facebook anymore so I screenshotted it to continue posting everywhere.
