The only way they will do a tire job is to leave my truck there for 5 to 6 days. no appointments will be given. Doesn't seem like a very good way to do business. This isn't the first problem I've had with them. I had my oil changed and they didn't tighten the oil nut and drained almost all my oil out on my way home. I will never go back there.

The pit crew drains the old & puts the new oil filter on. The topside crew washes my windows, checks tire pressures, checks all my fluids, fills the new oil, shows me how to reset my oil change reminder, puts on a new windshield oil change reminder cling. Usually less than 10 minutes. $65 for my Lincoln MKX. In & Out @ Reggie's. They also do transmission flushes which I had them do today. These guys are epic. I get more value than I expect for the money.

They pulled it in checked the level and oil sample and told me they wouldn't recommend changing it as it didn't need it. They tightened the plug and replaced the missing washer and didn't charge me. Told me to come back in a few weeks if I had any issues or if I wanted them to check the plugs. Very much appreciate the honesty and customer service. It was not like that or else it would have been rubbing on the ground when we took it there. No apologies from either of them. I came from out of town to get my grandma's car up to date while I was here and I will never recommend or go here again.

Paid for new tires got three 2025 and one 2023. Was not told at time of purchase or asked if okay…read moreto mount. Called store was told they would not replace, that they sell old tires all the time. Pretty sure runs along the lines of deceptive practices or fraud. They said that the warranty is still in place even if tire is three years old. Who cares about warranty if you get a blow out on a 3 year old tire. They are not all that concerned about safety I guess. Will contact main headquarters as local store not interested in customer satisfaction. Do not buy here.
