Needed to replace our dual axle travel trailer tires (OEM TRAILER KING RSTs) with GOODYEAR ENDURANCE trailer tires. One company did not have appts until a week after we left Kalispell. M & C Tires came through and had 4 GY Endurance Trailer tires to sell. Without an appt. I had the 4 tires mounted on the trailer in 2 hours by their hard working tire techs. I wanted 5 tires (1 spare) so they special ordered the 5th tire overnight for me for the spare and I was good to go. Kudos to M & C Tires. I had gone to another shop to get my snow tires swapped on like usual in October. Usual place told me tire guy was out hunting all week. So I waited 2.5 hours somewhere else that could take me only to be told I had a broken wheel mount/stud and the shop I was at doesn't do that kind of work (drilling out the old the broken stud and installing a new one). I called all over the valley and while 2 places said they could fix it-- mid December was the soonest I called M&C Tires and explained my dilemma. they told me they'd work me in about 1.5 weeks later. I showed up early having to wait as it's my only transport and I was happy to wait. They got it all done in about 2 hours and they had a bunch of vehicles waiting. We are not from the area but spend some time in the Flathead Valley each year seeing family. When we come out we seem to have tires issues. We also have a car that has tires that are not stocked at many shops. 2 years ago M & C took care of us by ordering a new tire overnight when we hit some debris and a side wall failed on one of our tires. This year we had a very slow leak so I decided to stop in to see if they could do a quick patch on it. I could tell they were busy but they got it in and took care of it in less than an hour which was fine with me as I had some work to do. When it came time to pay the bill they asked if I had gotten the tires there and I said "No, only the one tire 2 years ago."The guy helping me said, "Sounds good, you're good to go." I explained it was likely not the tire they patched and he said "I think it might have been." I know it was only a patch and likely a $15-20 charge but shops aren't cheap to run and long-term customer service-focused thinking is not what it used to be, but M&C seems to have something great going! Brought my truck to M and C tire for a winter tire swap and they said one tire had a nail in the sidewall, and could not be patched. They wanted to sell me 4 tires. They said all tires had to be the same brand. LIARS!! The nail was not in the sidewall!!! It was in the tread.. Thieves is a better description. They should not have picked on an ASE certified mechanic. read more

These folks are GREAT...especially Dustin!!! Wife and I were driving in Glacier National Park on the east side (St. Mary) and had a small rock cut into our tire on our Ford F250. Not a normal tire. No help in Browning. Closest Ford dealership (in Kalispell) recommended M&C Tire. We called and were very surprised they had our tire. Made the 2 1/2 hour trek to there with great trepidation...being from the Houston, TX area and not knowing what to expect when we got there. To our great satisfaction Dustin, the same young man that verified he had the tire we needed when we called, was there at the counter and immediately took our truck into the bay and replaced the tire himself. We watched through the window as he quite professionally took each step. We were in and out in less than an hour and have the greatest since of relief that we made the right decision for our 2,000+ mile journey home. Tried to give this local company business versus going to a big box store. They were $150 higher on price for a set of 4 tires and said their "amazing service" validated this. Oh, and that in Canada I could get warranty work done. Well, I'm not from Canada thank you very much. They were unwilling to simply match the price on the exact same product the box store had. Great service! I am on vacation looking for property here in Montana and I picked up 8 screws over 3 of my tires while driving on to these rural properties. These guys repaired the 2 tires that were salvageable, and got me a new tire all within an hour of dropping the car off. My husband and I recently were in the Glacier National Park area on a cross country road trip when we got a flat tire and, unfortunately, needed a specialty replacement. We stopped at the local Ford dealer and they weren't going to be able to get in our tire for 2 days. We got a tip to call these guys and they were wonderful! Exceptional customer service! My wife and I were returning to AZ and had a sidewalk blowout on our subby... There was a bunch of rigamarole with me ordering my tire and having it delivered (from a different company). After explaining our situation and arriving Dustin promptly took care of us. They had our tire switched out in about 20min. They also cleaned our spare and put it back and checked the rest of the tires and we were on our way. The cost was very reasonable as well. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for good customer service. I called ahead and let them know that I had tires I needed mounted. I was told to come in as it is a "first come, first served" establishment. So I arrive the next day right after they open and the parking lot is full. I figured I'd need to wait or perhaps drop off my tires/wheels and pick them up later. The first words out of the guy at the counter's mouth was, "sorry, we can't service you today, we have a lot of paying customers buying tires". Not, "sorry sir, we're very busy, could you come back or leave your tires and pick them up later". That I would have understood. Instead I was brushed aside as if I were asking them to do me a favor for free. What this guy didn't know is that I buy A LOT of tires for my business and personal use. Needless to say, they will never get a penny of my business and I will be sure to spread the word about how they treat prospective customers. read more
