Told me to come back in a few weeks if I had any issues or if I wanted them to check the plugs. Very much appreciate the honesty and customer service. My boyfriend found the oil drain plug gasket was compromised & had to completely redo my oil change. After spending $150 at Grease Monkey, then another $80 to fix the problem they caused, we called hoping to at least get a refund for the $80 & they refused saying because we drained the oil they weren't reliable & the gasket wouldn't cause an oil leak. Manager stated that it was all hearsay, basically calling us liars. Manager also refused to give the owners information over the phone saying "he lives out of town". I will certainly suggest to friends and family to steer clear of this location. It also appears that if you leave a negative review here, they'll respond with completely false allegations in order to justify their wrong doing. Unbelievable.
