As this was my first time, I was pretty stressed out especially because people kept coming up me during the accident to advertise their shop. Obviously this raised some trust issues. And then I remembered Rhinelander Auto Body. We had a family car's rear bumper painted before and remembered how quality the work is. Called an hour after the accident and Miguel, one of the managers, told me to come in. Stayed past closing time to help me out. Was told not to worry and that everything would be taken care of. And it was ! 1 week later, (yes, only took 9 days!) my car was back to normal. As an owner of a BMW, I'm very skeptical taking my car to body shops and mechanics due to it being a European car. However I had nothing to worry about. The owner, Pat, greeted me on the day of pickup and was so confident in his teams work that he said to come back if there's ever an issue with his work, guaranteed.
