Literally!!!! The BEST auto body shop in the Bronx!! My Honda hrv was pretty beat up after a collision on the cross Bronx expressway during the quarantine..... smh. When I saw my car after the repairs....... My car looked Brand New!! The customer service was the best!!! Very Nice People They communicated with me during the repairs to give me updates and my car was Extremely Clean in the inside when I picked it up. I mean WOW!! I felt so lucky that I found this shop. Two months later I returned for a repair on a scratch near the driver door caused by an ambulance side swiping my car. After careful consideration since I like to be a fair person, I wanted to add two stars to my previous review because as I said twice in my prior review they did a great job on my body work. I will also state that I chose to purchase an after market mirror (that works and looks perfect) instead of a $250 junk yard Toyota mirror. However after the receptionist from Valanca called to literally yell at me for leaving my review and then spew lies at me, instead of trying to actually resolve the issue... I am deducting one for HORRIBLE customer service. FYI... If you leave a negative review they will call and try to intimidate and berate you...BEWARE. read more

These guys are not thorough, and they certainly didn't take care of me when I raised a legitimate problem with their services. I took my car in for an insurance repair with GEICO, some thief had broken into my car and stolen the radio, smashing the passenger window and ripping out the center console and damaging it in the process. Valanca replaced the window and did a decent job with that as far as I can tell, but since I was going to have the radio replaced at a third party shop, they ordered new parts and just left them in the boxes. They told me there wasn't any point in installing the new parts because the car audio shop would have to remove them anyway. This sounded reasonable, though I had hoped they would have at least removed the parts from the boxes and checked them, and also checked the wiring in the car. First of all, the total cost they charged for repairing the window and ordering these new parts was close to $1500. This didn't concern me too much since this was a repair covered by insurance, but it still seemed extremely high for just ordering some parts and fixing one window. I did have to pay my $500 deductible, but not the full $1500. This is between Valanca and my insurance company. They dumped the old center console in the back of my car, along with the boxes that contained what they told me contained the replacement parts. They didn't tell me anything about what I should do with the old parts. I made an appointment with the car audio shop for the next day. Meanwhile, I had these old parts sitting in my car, so naturally I threw them out (who wants to keep around old, damaged car parts?) I get to the car audio shop and they tell me the wiring inside the dash is so damaged it will require an $300 to fix and install the replacement radio. Why didn't Valanca, in the $1500 of work they said they did, bother to check the wiring? But the worst part is, the car audio shop told me that the boxes did not include the air vents, which were attached to the old center console piece. Valanca had not told me anything about air vents, the fact that I shouldn't throw them away, or that the air vents weren't included in the parts they had ordered. I called GEICO and they reimbursed me for the $300 I paid for the installation, but they said they couldn't reimburse me for the air vents. Fine, since this was Valanca's fault for not bothering to tell me the air vents were not in the boxes, I talked with them, and the guy steadfastly refused to replace the air vents, even though it was clearly their negligence --- why didn't they tell me not to dispose of the air vents, and why didn't they even bother to remove the parts from the boxes? To me, this is not only sloppy on their part, but they won't even bother to back up their work and support a customer who has a legitimate complaint. They've made a huge amount of money on the original "repair" --- but they are too cheap to even replace air vents? If I were running a repair shop I'd never operate like this. I recommend going elsewhere for your auto repair needs. Very disappointing. read more

I have used this shop three times through Geico's ARX program. Everyone at the shop is nice and accommodating. When my car's bumper had to be repainted I got text updates throughout the process. When I went to pickup the car I said I would be there a little past 7:00 PM (which is when is close) and they waited for me. My rim cracked when hitting a pothole and I needed my car back for Valentines Day. Valanca had my car ready with a OEM rim in a day. When my car got vandalized and had to be repainted the Geico adjuster estimated 5+ weeks. I get a call early and Valanca finished it in 3 weeks. Overall really fast service and good people. My only gripe is when they repainted my car they put the car badge name slightly in the wrong position and a tiny bit of paint got on my taillight and inside dash. read more

i was sent here by geico when i got into an accident in new jersey. thankfully it wasn't my fault therefore the other driver's insurance covered all the damages and the rental while they had my jeep. mike was extremely patient with me and my 1000 questions and knowledgeable. even though we got slammed with 3 big snow storms, my truck was ready when he promised. 4 months later my driver window was stuck 3/4 up and mike was able to assist me with it at 9am. i am a very hard person to please, and i left that business happy and satisfied by their work and customer service. read more

Brought my car there because I heard it was "highly rated". They told me it would be ready within three days. I asked them ; "what do they charge for storage if by chance the car is fixed but I don't have enough money or time to get it?" Apparently they've never experienced this particular issue ..... I'm still waiting on an answer! Took a day off plus small loan and now I'm ready but the car has been delayed two days from the estimated due date. read more

You can't beat this autobody and general repair shop. They do it all, it is a geico express store, they have a geico office guy sitting there. They do it all, and they do it well. They are so good at custom car (pimping) that this is Funk Master Flex's headquarters! Amazing cars are shot out of here. I have had all 4 of my cars here. It is family owned and very fair, I have seen too many times these guys giving discounts and helping out people who are in a bad situation and lose money because they have a good heart. read more
