The new management at Madden's Auto Body treated me right. My Jeep front fender had to be painted and they did a great job. They had to remove, strip, prime, paint and replace it. I had my car repaired for damage to the fender and front in February/March of 2020 (right before COVID became widespread). Repairs have held up and the car looked great after. I would definitely come here again. Only complaint was that the shop itself was a small operation and it was difficult getting a clear picture of the process, given how busy they were at the time. I don't even know where to begin. I can't even put into words what amazing experience I had with this autobody shop. I was in a really difficult and bad situation with my car. I had gone to other places where no one really was trying to help me, I called Madden's they told me to come on down right away. They were incredibly kind. But the most important thing that they were was honest and respectful. Now, I normally don't like to say this, but as a woman, we know that sometimes dealing with automotive situations we get taken advantage of or spoken down to. I was treated with the upmost respect. They helped me when nobody else would. This was the best experience I've ever had with an automotive situation. I had an issue with some minor body damage to my car. Reached out to a few other places and got some quotes. I went to Madden's at the recommendation of a friend and Jimmy was awesome. My family has always gone here but thankfully I've never had to. And then I crashed my boyfriends beautiful lifted blacked out Dodge Ram. They handled everything with my insurance adjuster and got all the custom crap my boyfriend needed to replace. It was done in a couple of weeks and communication was great. If I could even rate and give this body shop a star, in all honesty it would be no stars. Went into the shop with my girl, off the start the owner whose an elderly male sitting on the left side of the office became very disrespectful. Disrespectful in a way that he was very rude and he approached us with no professional manners and just gave an awful vibe. I would definitely not recommend this auto body shop. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I went with my boyfriend to replace his hubcap and the owner there was being sexist towards me because I am female. He said he would only let my boyfriend see what they were doing to his car because quote on quote "he is a man and he does not let women into the car garage." LITERALLY THOSE WORDS!! The owner was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful towards me and my boyfriend. You do not disrespect customers like that especially not just because i am a female. I was referred to this body shop by a "very particular" friend of a friend (who had also used them) and I stopped by today for an estimate. It was a relatively minor repair as these things go, so I wasn't using insurance. Mark was beyond helpful and fair, and he made my day! He actually repaired the vehicle while I waited, saving me trips for other estimates and giving me reassurance that my car would now be safe as well as rust-free. One of our cars was hit from behind causing fairly significant rear end damage. I asked my insurance company for a recommended auto body shop, and they suggested Madden's. This place was great. My new car was damaged at the dealer and I was not happy. They immediately gave me a loaner and said they use Madden"s auto body. Since I was not familiar with this shop and I am very fussy about my cars, I went to the shop with the car. Mark immediately came out and after calming me down, he guaranteed that the car would be perfect and if it wasn't he would do it over. Well, it was better than perfect.
