I am assuming they are a husband and wife team. Very knowledgeable and very caring about their customers. The watches I had them work on I bought as throw away watches since I detest quartz movements, but he still told me about the watch case and to be careful with it. She said it would only take a couple minutes for the ring to be cleaned and polished. Great! The best? Really? The owner is very nice and I took my jewelry/watches there for several years. Then I took my best watch, a Gucci with interchangeable bezels, to have the battery replaced. I left the watch with a woman and went out to run some errands. When I came back my watch was ready. I put it on my arm and by the time I got home, the back of the watch was gone. Obviously, she had not tightened the back properly. The watch was a gift from my daughter and quite expensive. It now has a backing of heavy-duty scotch tape.
