I eventually asked for it to stop, it was a total waste of time. I left more stressed than when I arrived. When I explained my concerns while paying, the receptionist again said an hour on my back was "not good for me." As a longtime customer, I should be able to decide what area I want treated, especially after clearly communicating my needs. Unreal!

The waiting room is clean, multiple areas to sit down, and they have even a little fridge where clients can take one beverage for themselves after the massage. When the reception called Paul he picks me up within like 4 minutes to go to the back so that we could start the massage. The one thing I appreciate with any masseuse is when they really do listen to the type of pressure you need and again I had read online that Paul had strong pressure and gave a really good deep tissue massage and he did. He asked me multiple times throughout the session if the pressure was good at one point I told him he could go harder because I needed a not release from my shoulder and once I gave him the okay he went for it and I could feel the not trying to break as he put the pressure on my shoulder. Again I am super grateful that I found this place I will also say that actually went last week on August 20th to visit Paul again because that's how much I liked the session.
