Most people mistake me for Jude Law when I wear H&M clothing. I don't get it since I'm obviously Asian. Gap better step their game up since H&M has more variety and offer affordable prices. At h&m in Stoneridge mall tried to make a return but wasn't allowed. H&m posts the minut return policy on a counter behind the check out which is ilegible, and I have 20/20 vision. Last night when I made my purchase I specifically asked if I could return I was told I had 30 days with receipt. Apparently undergarments ate nonrefundable and I completely understand why. However when I purchased the undergarment and specifically asked, this is what I should have been told. Today I was told I should have read the ilegible policy posted on the counter and the BACK of my receipt. That is the lamest illogic ever. I ask before so I can make a decision on the purchase, I don't need to know after I already made the purchase. I will not be shopping at H&M again. read more

Worst costumer service. Bad clothes quality. I bought a Jersey on the Union Square location. After I washed it had some holes on the neck. I took it to the site on stoneridge mall and the woman on the cashier called the manager who said that they couldn't return my money because they don't sale clothes with holes or in bad state. He said that I should go again to sfo to try to get a refund. I was really mad because I paid like $17 for the jersey plus bart plus gas and now he was asking me to go to sfo again without knowing if they were gonna return my money. I emailed costumer services and they never answer. Im not going to buy anything else there again. Don't loose your money and time buying there read more

I hate this store. It's always a mess and the racks upstairs are so close together I can't move between them with my purse without hitting them. The other thing that I hate is that they have number sizes and letter sizes. I know this is a company wide thing but you need to either have one or the other. Then when they do have letter sizes they don't have XL. I'm sorry but that's bullsh**. It's not going to kill you to carry an XL and have it fit someone nicely. People need this size and sizes larger for all kinds of reasons. It's super demeaning when you find a shirt you love and not have it fit because it's to tight in the boob area. The one time I did go downstairs the music was so loud I couldn't heat. The few shirts that I do have from here (and the one amazing jacket) are most likely the only things I will ever own from them because of the size problem and the fact that they are very over priced. read more

Went to H&M recently, thank God on a slow day, anyway, walked in wasn't greeted (no one at door) guess thats fine, but found an associate in the sale section in the middle of the store, that acknowledge me and greeted me with a smile. I then go to her asking if she has an item I've been eyeing online she goes to ask if I have a picture of the item or can describe the item, as I proceed to tell her she instantly knows about this item (very knowledgeable of her store) told me it would be upstairs in front "A area" as i looked at her like what does A-area mean she laughed a bit and said "The front main area of the store" i showed her a different item after that and she took me right to the item. Asking what size I needed due to the fact that there were a few shirts. she kindly got my size down and also reminded me of the first items whereabouts on the second floor. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable if you ever go in this location ask for LATOYA she's awesome with knowing her inventory in the store and has such personality, she'll make you laugh for a second or two.. read more

H&M MANAGERS SHOULD LOOK AT THIS. Suzie Suzie Suzie is the rudest staff I have seen. I went to exchange a T-shirt for a different size today. BTW the tshirt I originally bought had uneven sleeves, one was about 1 inch longer than the other. The lady--Suzie who assisted me was very rude. She only took a look at the two shirts and the receipt then gave me the unfolded shirt said I was all set. I replied "do I not get the new receipt? Because the size of the new shirt and the size on the receipt arent the same." Suzie said "do you really care" ???? what kind of question and attitude is that? I sensed her irritation and attitude. Even though I plan to keep the item, I said if I need to return it in the future some people care (meaning the staffs in HM). Who knows if they will deny an exchange or return if the size of the item does not match the receipt. She did not say anything and began actually processing the items. It took several minutes then finally handed me the receipt with no smile on her face, no explanation of why it said: "cash received $XX". While I was still standing at the register trying to figure that out, she called on the next customer. RUDE. I asked her my question and she was really mean and said you need to pay XX dollars but I just give it to you. I did not feel grateful that she did not charge me because it was an EXCHANGE. And the difference was due to my donation of clothing and got 15% off when I originally bought the tshirt. I could see that HM is slowly changing the styles and trends now but you really need to work on your customer services read more

Just wanted to say thank you H&M for coming to P-Town!! Whoo-Hoo. Thank goodness i don't have to drive all the way to Walnut Creek anymore. I'm in fashion heaven. And so is my pocketbook!! Last minute Christmas shopping, and at first glance the customer services was HORRIBLE! One lady was folding pants at the register and an Asian lady walked by me and went upstairs. The store was semi busy, so I should have been greeted at the least! But there was this one lady who seemed bitchy with this fancy hair cut and with great style, till I spoke up with a question... She was VERY knowledgable of the product and knew where the items were downstairs & upstairs. I walked into H&M not expecting much. The store was a bit dirty, as most stores are this time of the year. But I was greeted at the door by a handsome young man who smiled and said "Hello!". About 20 minutes later I approached this same guy and asked him about a dress I had seen on a mannequin on the first floor. He walked down the stairs with me and directed me to the dress within minutes. The whole time he was extremely nice and never stopped smiling! He even joked and laughed with me as we shopped the store together! He suggested a couple dresses for me that I would never pick up myself and I ended up loving! I walked in expecting nothing and walked out with three different dresses! He rung me up quick and easy. He made me enjoy myself so much, and I know I'll be back soon to shop with associate Robert! Ladies, if you're not sure what to wear stop by this H&M and ask if Robert is available! You won't regret it. He's handsome, funny and has great customer service! read more

I came in because my friend had sent me a Wragg coupon so I figured I could put it to good use. It was my first time using it so when I made my purchase, it said to "show cashier" so I did, she kept mumbling something to me and I guess she meant I had to delete it. I couldn't hear her so I asked her to clarify. She then proceeded to talk to her coworker about how she's not doing "this" for customers and her coworker agreed. I'm sorry you hate your job but you don't have to be rude about it. I'm not expecting excellent customer service as my own job in health care entitles customer service so I have a lot of patience/tolerance, but you don't talk smack about a customer while they are in front of you. To make matters worse, I called H&M's customer service line to report the incident and the representative straight up hung up on me because I checked my reception and it was full. I have never been treated so rudely before. Will never visit this location again. read more

I called the H&M Store #144 located in the StoneRidge Mall on 4/9/15 and spoke with a Jereme Mendez who I must say was very, very,very pleasant and helpful. Jereme took the time to research the item I was looking for with such class, calmness as well with so much knowledge as I described that item over the phone which I thought was very awesome. Once we discussed the item that I needed Jereme made sure that he would call me back with the information that the item will or may not be available for me due to someone asking for that item to be on hold prior to me calling the store that day. Well to my surprise I received a call from Jereme on Friday 4/10/15 letting me know that the item was available for me to come and purchase and that is what you call great/excellent customer service. Once I arrived to the store Jereme was just as polite as he was over the phone with such a a wonderul and pleasant personality and so I will rate his customer service as 100% excellent and I hope that this H&M store will continue to keep Jereme as a great employee. One more thing Jereme did for me was contact the H&M store located on Santana Row in San Jose for the same item but in a different color so that even showed me that he loves his job and knows what it take to go above and beyond to help customers.
