We were wandering around and when she saw a sign 70% Off! In we went. I asked if there was a Men's section? I never shopped there before. So I looked around, a spotted a shirt. Looked OK. No price tag, nor any other info. Went to the cashier, she found a price. Paid for it. She asked if I wanted it bagged. That's traditional, walking out of a store with merchandise under your arm and no bag doesn't look honest. It wasn't until later that I noticed there was a charge for $.10 plus .01 in tax for the bag. A shopping bag; that's not quite big enough to hold more than a shirt or a 1 liter bottle of soda. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! ALL THE MANAGERS HAVE BOTCHED BBLS. All they care about is themselves. You can't call out or reschedule for a shift not even if your throwing up 100x and can't stop, they'll still write you up. Speaking of write ups, they don't tell you, you've been wrote up until 5 minute after your shift ends!!!! If anything is wrong with your work performance, THEY'LL WAIT UNTIL 5-10 MINUTES WHEN YOUR ABOUT TO LEAVE. You can't call out without wellness but you need to WORK 26 HOURS FOR 1 HOUR OF WELLNESS. Your wellness is what covers you for being late but they barely give good hours so you won't be able to make that. They don't even have a current manager. You'll come into work to no one doing there job and you have to pick up the slack. The stores always dirty. You can leave a drink there and it will be there for days. I've seen this with my own eyes. The new "manager" cat is extremely unprofessional always talking about "her man", "her man" literally like that, mind you she looks 50 with a horrible body all together... Why are you more worried about your man then closing the store. She stated something about her having herpes. Like this store is a train wreck!!! The HR christen doesn't responded to emails even though they beg you to call hr if anything is wrong. She doesn't answer her phone or emails when it comes to regular employees but let a manager say something about you she answers. I'm still waiting on a response from may-June. If any of you managers are reading this or even better someone in a higher position that christen please get rid of these people they don't do there job. Especially christen and cat. I would not recommend H&M as a company to anyone. For one there's never enough staff in any store I've gone in. The prices online do not match the prices in store. I was told to go online and buy them for in store pick up. Online shows completely incorrect information about the store availability so I could not purchase the items at the price. H&M you got to do better. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars... this was the WORST customer service experience I've ever had. I wish I knew who trained these managers because their customer care is close to none. DONT BUY THEIR JEWELRY. it's cheap as dirt and won't even last you a week. I bought this necklace and it broke off of me 3 days later. I go back to the store expecting some compensation. Nope. The manager who gossips to his staff his entire shift says "well since the item is defected we can't take it back"... okay.. so If I recorded the cheap plastic beads falling all over the ground then would you have given me another one? It doesn't help that the girl at the register is chomping her gum disrespectfully and vigorously in my face. If this wasn't a meaningful necklace I gladly would've left. But no. My girlfriend told me to buy another one. It is now $20 that I have spent for a plastic necklace made out of string. guess what.. surprise.. 4 days later, it breaks again. This review is just for the men's department, and shame on me for not coming here sooner. I found their prices to be reasonable. I also appreciated that they don't - like several other local chains - artificially inflate the cost of things, then give you a "massive" discount to let you know the "incredibly large" amount of money you "saved" (yes, use of quotes highly intentional). Being someone somewhat more short-legged, I liked that many of their shorts featured a shorter inseam, as well as the fact that they carried some 100% linen shorts as well as 100% linen long pants (I wish they had a back pocket that buttoned though)Q. The colors of the pants and shirts weren't ridiculously trendy either. I'm also at a disadvantage of being about 30 years and 20 pounds more than their target market for pants. I'd say 95% of the pants are categorized as "skinny" or "slim." I did find relaxed-sized pants after a bit of a search. But I'm also not used to having to use a shoe horn to get my feet through the pants legs (but at least I don't yell "Hey get off my lawn!"). I can't do much about the 30 years, though I suppose I could do a few check-ins and a review of my local Planet Fitness and then come back and get some of the pants. It's rare that I actually shop for clothes in the Galleria. After visiting this store, I'd at least come here. read more

Great clothing store in a nice mall. My wife frequently shops there and always finds something for her or our daughter. Do NOT buy from H&M online and expect to return to the brick and mortar store because they do NOT accept returns from online purchases. Also, good luck trying to return purchases if you don't have the identical credit card used to purchase. AMEX has different numbers on cards from same account, so they wouldn't credit my AMEX even though it was same account. They WILL give you store credit. The team out there today was totally unhelpful. If you fit in their rules, good for you, but if not, don't expect much help, which was my experience. If you can work around these deficiencies, you may find some nice clothes. Prices are nothing to bark at either. read more

H & M should be ashamed of themselves for the demeaning advertisement that they recently "apologized" for. I would have thought it sincere, but since they still plan to sell the racial slurs outside of the United States, I find their apology disingenuous, and their conduct shameful. I was a fan of H & M before it come to the U.S. The European version of the store is Hennes; and I longed for Hennes to come to the U.S. Now that it has, and they have insulted many people with the propaganda and racial slurs on their hoodies, I am no longer interested in doing business in the Brick and Mortar Stores, nor online.
