I used the contact us page on their website, I got a response the next day from Cory simply asking me what kind of siding I have, and if I had any extra pieces. No quote, no scheduled time to come out and look at any of the issues around the home. I responded to Cory that day letting him know about the siding and asked when they would get an estimate to me or schedule a visit. No response. I emailed Cory again saying I was still waiting a response and asked if Doug's Handyman Service was still interested in the jobs? No response. So I called their main number and left a voicemail, no response. I even filled out another inquiry on their site and got no response. I'm not sure why they ghosted me when I have many small jobs that I want to pay someone to fix. Either they are too busy or they don't want to jobs. Which is fine, but at least respond to the customers.

The lights flickered several times which was at least one time too many. Normally my Lennox unit shrugs that off but not this time. I called All Comfort Services today and they were able to send Monte A. on the same day. He's the man! All he had to do was be in the house and his aura was enough to bring that dead unit back to life! (Seriously!) He said he just checked the outside unit and it seemed to be blowing hot air indicating it was working. Honestly it wasn't working when I checked it the evening before - my aura must be old & tarnished. Like me. Good thing Monte's isn't. Just the trip charge - worth it. I've made a service appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on the furnaces and air conditioning unit and I'm certain whomever they send will bring the aura, too. Not only was Benji and his team great to work with they took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and even keep me informed through out the process from scheduling to installation. Benji even helped me navigate the insurance process (since this was my first home owners claim) and explained next steps to make sure my insurance company was kept in the loop and on board with our solutions. They were quick, clean and very nice. When they found some construction mistakes under the old roof, Benji talked through my options, explained the costs (which was very minimal) and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding with the repair. After the roof was replaced it looked nicer and more finished than the original roof I had when I bought the house. Ace Exteriors took the time to install edging that completed the look and hid the hardware underneath. Extra bonus! Overall this team went above and beyond my expectations. I've had many contractors work on my house (large companies and small) and Ace Exteriors was one of the best experiences I've ever had.
