This place is extremely unprofessional! They had "fixed" a bump on my 2020 Camry a couple years ago but it obviously wasn't done correctly because the paint started chipping off and you could see rust building up. I took it in to show the owner and manager of the shop and they made it seem like it was my fault. They took no accountability for the workmanship and didn't offer me anything in return and I eventually got them to fix their mess up on my car which should have been handled correctly the first time. I tried to get a rental vehicle from the manager/owner because I would be without a car for a week or maybe longer. He told me they can't do that and that he's loosing out on money because of this. my experience was not good at all. When I first took my truck to get its first repair, I had to bring it back 4 times. Each time for defects on work they did. Leaving running clear coat and not cleaning before paint. Pictures are from last repair they made. Body work is horrible, who ever did the work tried covering with paint. Greg overheard and said no way he was doing this to a mother during the holidays . He got my car done with in a week. My Mechanic Mario went above and beyond for us and even cleaned my very embarrassing messy car for free. I have Allstate insurance so this place is recommended by my insurance. The people are friendly and from what I could gather want to help to get your car back as it was once. I unfortunately had to take the car back 3 times from paint flaking off or imperfections under the clear coat. They addressed the paint issues. The last thing I needed them to check was an alignment issue. The car pulled to the right on the freeway. Since I didn't tell them sooner they denied my request. I took it to an alignment shop and them check. The car came back with a front caster issue. Both my insurance and the shop didn't want to address the issue. My car would be considered a high performance and expensive vehicle. I think next time I would choose higher level shop or specialty shop. read more

HUGE disappointment with the front office. I knew my AAA car insurance had told me I had zero deductible to pay & so did H&R. So they took my vehicle in for repair and after I picked up my vehicle a few days later they hit me with "hello when did you want to pay your deductible"? Excuse me! Unprofessional, unhelpful and not eager for customers business. It was obvious they do not like doing free estimates for the insurance companies. That's fine but the customers don't know that and they are just assuming your all a bunch of assholes and will never go back. ‍ I went for an estimate and worker asked "me" what need repaired.
