This place is extremely unprofessional! They had "fixed" a bump on my 2020 Camry a couple years ago but it obviously wasn't done correctly because the paint started chipping off and you could see rust building up. I took it in to show the owner and manager of the shop and they made it seem like it was my fault. They took no accountability for the workmanship and didn't offer me anything in return and I eventually got them to fix their mess up on my car which should have been handled correctly the first time. I tried to get a rental vehicle from the manager/owner because I would be without a car for a week or maybe longer. He told me they can't do that and that he's loosing out on money because of this. After a vehicle accident, other driver's fault, all the repairs were dealt through the other driver's All State Insurance. All the repairs and even my Enterprise car rental was paid by All State. The Technicians made my truck look brand new again. They even wiped down the interior and washed the exterior of my truck. my experience was not good at all. When I first took my truck to get its first repair, I had to bring it back 4 times. Each time for defects on work they did. Leaving running clear coat and not cleaning before paint. Pictures are from last repair they made. Body work is horrible, who ever did the work tried covering with paint. Now fast forward 2 years and all the scratches from the bad body work is visible. I have called, emailed and went in person. Nothing has been done. I have Allstate insurance so this place is recommended by my insurance. The people are friendly and from what I could gather want to help to get your car back as it was once. I unfortunately had to take the car back 3 times from paint flaking off or imperfections under the clear coat. They addressed the paint issues. The last thing I needed them to check was an alignment issue. The car pulled to the right on the freeway. Since I didn't tell them sooner they denied my request. I took it to an alignment shop and them check. The car came back with a front caster issue. Both my insurance and the shop didn't want to address the issue. My car would be considered a high performance and expensive vehicle. I think next time I would choose higher level shop or specialty shop. read more

Our car 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid was rear ended and suffered damage to the rear bumper and trunk lid. It needed a new rear bumper and trunk lid. I was concerned whether H & R could match the paint, especially on the rear rubber bumper to the rest of the car. The original color of our car is Ruby Pearl Red. They matched it perfectly! There is no way you can tell now the new bumper and trunk lid are not part of the original car. They also paid great attention to getting the gaps and seams just right. A GREAT job! HUGE disappointment with the front office. I knew my AAA car insurance had told me I had zero deductible to pay & so did H&R. So they took my vehicle in for repair and after I picked up my vehicle a few days later they hit me with "hello when did you want to pay your deductible"? Excuse me! Why did they take my car in if they knew I had to pay that first? Now they have been calling me asking when am I going to pay? And worst part is that my job was never completed.
