I bring the cars here because it's a place I can trust knowing I'm going to get quality work done on it every time. Marcial and Michael and the whole team are very detailed down to the last screw and washer of what needs to be replaced and makes sure you're leaving with a quality repair that you can't even tell you ran into / fire hydrant or a gate or someone ran into your car into a parking lot. Pabco is one of the best trusted mechanics and body shops I've know . They're really solid and honest.... And STRAIGHT FORWARD! I first came to them with a whole driver side wheel replacement and they noticed many things were wrong which my previous mechanic didn't clock. They promptly fixed what was needed and my car was running smoothly! i recently experienced some car troubles and promptly brought it over. This establishment was recommended to me by my insurance provider following an unfortunate car accident. Although they were prompt in retrieving my vehicle, the subsequent experiences were, unfortunately, quite unsatisfactory. They provided me with an estimated completion date. However, it was modified several times, even when I was en route to collect the vehicle. The first time the vehicle was "ready" for pickup, I noticed several issues. The driver's side headlight was not working and was bulging out of its housing. Additionally, the sensor for the driver's side door handle was not functioning properly, affecting both the front and rear doors. Furthermore, there were significant gaps between the panels on the vehicle's exterior. The vehicle was once again reported to be "ready" for collection. However, the headlight was still not functioning as it had not been reconnected. Furthermore, the door sensors remained inoperable, and a mechanic wrench symbol appeared on the dashboard. In addition to these issues, the vehicle was not accelerating properly. Due to concerns for safety, the vehicle had to be towed back to the shop for further inspection and repairs. The third time, Pabco informed me that it was "ready." However, the door sensors were still not functioning. As soon as I turned from 9th Street onto Briggsmore, the wrench symbol reappeared on the dashboard. Before I had even reached halfway home, the acceleration problems began again. I was unable to reach a speed of 30 miles per hour, and the revolutions per minute were exceptionally high. At this juncture, my patience had all but run out, so I contacted the owner and expressed my strong dissatisfaction. In particular, I emphasized that they had knowingly allowed me to drive an unsafe vehicle, which also posed a risk to my niece when she was a passenger. I informed him that I would return the car first thing the next morning and, if the necessary repairs could not be made, I would take it to the dealership, have the repairs done, and send him the bill. The car is fixed now only because he sent it to the dealership himself. He and his team could not fix it. He tried to make up for all the issues and delays by saying he would buy me dinner at one of my favorite restaurants but did not even do that. I cannot recommend this establishment to my acquaintances or relatives. Due to their inability to complete the task, I incurred a significant financial burden by renting a car. read more

These guys all are inexperienced and their work shows it. Pretty much the worst shop I've ever been to. Sloppy work and extremely slow. I would be embarrassed to work here. The manager seems like he is in the wrong field, that or they just got some random to fill the spot. Either way BEWARE.. I tell everyone to steer clear of this shop when the subject comes up. The work done here has been spot on for me. Been to this location twice, and never had an issue with my repairs/car afterwards. The mechanics and front desk have nice people that help whenever you need it. The only reason it didnt get a 5* is because they had me sitting in the lobby for 2 hours because the receptionist mistook my car parked out front as being completed early. Maybe verify repairs if they call and change the predetermined time on you. Still... minus the small mess up I would bring any autobody repairs here in the future. read more

My car was taken here because my insurance company recommended them. My main complaint was there was a lack of communication. Aside from the first day when they called me first thing in the morning and immediately came to pick my car up to secure the job. A week went by... no contact. I had to call them and ask what was going on. They told me it should be ready by Monday. Monday rolls around, then Tuesday. Still no contact. I call them again and they tell me there's been a delay because they were sent the wrong part. I understand, things like that can happen but u didn't t feel it necessary to call me with an update? A few more days go by and again, I'm the one reaching out to see what's going on. Since I needed to arrange a ride there for pick up and arrange with my job to pick it up before coming in, I needed to know beforehand not the day it was complete. The lady that answered the phone clearly was out of the loop and had no idea what was going on. After speaking with her a few times and getting the runaround, she put me on the phone with someone who knew something. I'm giving them 3 stars because the car looked good but taking 2 stars away for lack of customer service for not keeping me informed AFTER they were so quick to get the job! read more

Give good service just to get you in,took car to get front end bumper repair took them over 6 weeks and when picked up car,repair wasn't as expected for this job,bumper was way out of alignment,took it back to repair again and told they couldn't fix it,unless they replaced the bumper with different one so had to pick it up and took it home and 3 of my tires had screws in them ,so they went flat,so had repair myself and also they didn't know how to bring down rolllbars headrest,don't recommend it at all had a very bad experience with them read more

Had someone hit my car on HWY 99 and scuff and completely bend my whole right front tire, and decided to take it to PABCO to get fixed. Best decision i ever made, staff is friendly, attentive, and they left my car like new. No signs or anything of changing parts on it, they matched the color perfectly, I am dumb about cars but they explain things in a manner was easy to understand and follow along, they got the job done fast and very well done, will definitely go back if i ever need any type of work on my vehicle. read more

I don't even know where to begin but to make a long story short I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND anyone to take your car or any vehicle to this place at all even if your insurance recommended it. It first started off with us calling the place asking when the car was gonna be done they said so and so this day so we called that day they said it will be done they said yes just cleaning it and it'll be ready to go in like 30 mins. We go to pabco an hour or so later and they told us no the car isn't done at all we still need to take it to get alignment. So ok they called us the next day saying it's ready to pick up. We go and the car still has damages that wasn't done from the accident and the paint was chipped as well as scratches greasy hand prints and the car wasn't even washed. We showed them they said ok we will fix it. They called us the following day saying it was fixed all they did was wash the car and try buffing out some of the scratches but there was still paint chips and bubbles in the paint as well as scratches and dust that was painted over. I showed them they said ok we will fix it and repaint. They called us again saying it was fixed. We came back and found the same issues on the repainted items again on different areas as well as the new bumper that was freshly painted with a big ole crack in the paint and still chips and dings in the paint as Well as dust particles that was painted over again. The customer service that was also presented was uncalled for as well. Refer to pictures to view what I'm talking about. Just be care if you go to this place they try to pawn off said finish work that is absolute garbage make sure you check their work with a fine tooth comb if you go there. I had taken my car to Pabco many years ago after an accident. They kept my car for over 3 weeks without touching it. I know this because I would drive by and see it sitting in the parking lot day after day. I finally told the manager that they needed to get my car finished as my insurance car rental was ending. They had to then pay for a rental for me for an additional 3 days in order to complete the work. It was obviously a rush job as it wasn't even 2 years later when the area of the car where Pabco repainted had faded and the paint had cracked. They had come highly recommended , but unfortunately they did not do a good job. read more

I was kept informed of the progress through the whole process and couldn't be happier with the results, I had one unforeseen issue which was not their fault and they are taking care of it. Pabco was the assigned body shop for a company car. The body work/paint matching was some of the best I have seen, at this point you wouldn't know that there was anything painted where the car was damaged. I had to return for a couple of minor things, and one of Marcel's staff promptly took care of the issue, and apologized for overlooking the items. Only thing that prevented 5 stars was the timeframe of repairs, I was originally told 10 days, and it ended up being 14. But I would bring work back to them without hesitation if the need arises. read more

I took my car to get a scratches buffed out instead I got the paint on my new car buffed down to the metal on the middle of the back door. Instead I got a half fast job done properly it would take four days to fix instead I got it in one day. None of the hinges were taken out ,window rubber trim etc and I know they didn't do any of that from the build up by the trim. And the clear coat is coming off on the door they fixed. Pabco can do a good job on a 2,000 car but not good enough for a 37,000 car. Half fast job. read more
