That is not the integrity of entirety of my complaint other than this very large mistake that they have made the Walmart location on 31st St., Jackson Hewitt o employee interrupted me started yelling and arguing with me and said she was the manager I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior I wouldn't even want her to work with a puppy or small animal or any pets a person like that does not need to be working with customer service I called the corporate office I keep getting the runaround and a promise of another call they charged me 580 some dollars for the service when I only work four hours year and only have one child to get a tax credit return off last year they mail me a check last year because because they overcharged me by $272 this company needs to be looked into and I insist on going farther not because the errors because errors happen but I'm gonna look further into this because the person that's working there at Walmart on 31st St. is a disgusting representation and explains why the service is poor thank you.
