My wife and I have been waiting years for these guys to get us our ducks. We brought them two ducks back in 2022 and were told it was going to take about 6 months. Two years later we call and call and either they never get back to us or they tell us they are done and ready to be shipped out but then it's radio silence. Dropped off a hog and a deer. Long story short they jacked up my order and didn't even give me all of my meat back. After I called up complaining all they could say is "our bad I don't know where the miscommunication was." If this is how they treat a service member I'd hate to see how they treat everyone else. $470 down the drain in my opinion. read more

So far so good. Dropped off my quartered deer on 11/11/2014 and received all my meat today on 11/21/2014. (Was ready to pick up yesterday 11/20/2014). The price was as listed on their website, so no hidden catch. Which I like! This place has had great reviews from other places so I decided to leave one on here. They are a family business and are very nice and I'm completely satisfied with the time frame that they did the work. (Last processor I went to took exactly 1 year before I got all the meat, San Saba tx) I got a little bit of everything on their menu, tamales, boudin, steaks, pan sausage, link sausage. Can't wait to dig in!! Edit: Jalapeño & cheese sausage = amazing, definitely will get more! Boudin = amazing as well, definitely will get more! Venison tamales = they were good, didn't get much of the game taste, if you love tamales then get them, but for the price point I would rather get something else. I have been using Flemings Wild Game Processing since 2009 when they first opened the doors. They are by far the best deer processor around. I usually harvest 2 deer and a couple hogs a year. They do an outstanding job preparing, seasoning and packaging my meat. They have an extensive background in the processing business and wouldn't settle for less when it comes to the quality of your meat. If you haven't tried Flemings Processing I strongly recommend you give them a shot. Another thing I always notice is how clean they keep their shop. My yearly order usually consist of: Bratwurst, mild sausage links, jalapeno cheese sausage links, deer fajitas, tamales, hamburger meat and pan sausage. From personal experience I can say that this company is honest and will do everything they can to keep their customers satisfied as they have done for me since 2009. Last year I dropped off deer meat for the first time at Fleming's Processing, I have been consuming deer meat ( Pan Sausage, Links, ) for over 30 years. I have used the same deer processor in Conroe TX and never been disappointed but testing out new waters. Some gentlemen from my work recommended Fleming's. I paid over $ 260.00 for links and pan sausage absolutely the worst links I have ever consumed the fat ratio was incorrect, cooking links on my grill would catch my grill on fire because of the large amount of fat added to sausage. My dogs have sausage in there diet, plus I have given 90% away . Hunters before you waste your hard earned money dropped off small portions of game meat test the waters, Get samples from your local meat processor. Just remember the best tasting Sausage is the Sausage that you like. I hope the very best for Fleming's Processing. Went to this place because we moved to conroe and this place had awesome reviews. My husband dropped off a hog and they never called. My husband called them on a monday 3 weeks later inquiring about the order and price. Said it was gonna be $100 more than originally said but they would call back Wednesday. They never called. Its been over a month now. Basically they just took our hog for themselves. We will never go back to this place ever. We will go back to Spring where we get our hog back in less than a week at 1/2 the price with nice people and great quality and reliable service. read more

We had just finished up one of the most amazing family wild hog hunting trips. We of course, thoroughly researched a good processor as we are from out of town. We dropped off two hogs, and had a great experience at that time. However, as the weeks rolled by, past the expected completion date, calls went unanswered and when we finally did receive a call back the price increased significantly. Additionally, the source of the said, "meat to be returned," came in to question, and by the second month we decided to simply take it as a loss as there was no way the hog meat we would've received would've been our hogs. Sorely disappointed our fruitful hunt yielded ZERO meat for our family. We pride ourselves on using family owned businesses and expect them to hold customer service in high regard. Unfortunately that is not the case for this business. If you plan on eating your kill I would not recommend this processor. read more

I have used Flemings for about the last three years, in my opinion they are the best. I have converted about six of my friends to using them as well. You always have your meat back in ten days, the family that runs the business are great people. My personal favorite item they make is the spicy brat, but everything we have tried has been top notch. I've used Fleming's for the last 4 years and am very happy with the products they produce. They tenderize all steaks and cutlets and then vacuum seal all of their final products. This Place Ripped me off !!!... I was quoted $150 to process a deer and hog (deboned)...However when I called to see if my order was finished the price magically inflated to $315... When I reminded the owner of what he originally quoted me he became rude and threatned to come find me and do whatever it takes to get his money... Needless to say I did not go get the meat...
