Got an email confirmation at 3:46pm on May 29 saying "Your delivery is on track!" and "Your delivery scheduled!" for that same day. No one ever showed up or contacted me. Didn't have time to call on Thursday so I called on Friday morning at 9:38am. The person I spoke to said deliveries are only made on Wednesdays and Saturdays and that someone would call me Saturday May 31 to let me know when the delivery would be ready. It's now 7pm and Ace closes at 5pm. No one has called, no delivery has been brought to the house. I REALLY wanted to give my business to someplace local, but this is ridiculous. I have cancelled my order and unfortunately won't be using this Ace Hardware in Woburn ever again. If an order is placed with a delivery day that you don't deliver on, you should contact the person placing the order and inform them of such. Extremely disappointing.

So the store manager passed my information on to John Wheatley the store owner. He started texting me around 7AM on a Saturday morning and refused to schedule a convenient time didn't give his name or any context. Just said.. "hey I need to come look at your grill". When John came on into my property and was condescending about the state of my grill and suggested that I get a new one before even opening it (the only issue is that I have been unable to order the typical replacement parts).The manager's rude tone was unacceptable. There are two floors to the store, with the majority of home improvement things being on the lower level.
