He started texting me around 7AM on a Saturday morning and refused to schedule a convenient time didn't give his name or any context. Just said.. "hey I need to come look at your grill". When John came on into my property and was condescending about the state of my grill and suggested that I get a new one before even opening it (the only issue is that I have been unable to order the typical replacement parts).The manager's rude tone was unacceptable. It's always been my first stop once I get that "to do" list. I'm not opposed to big box stores. They obviously can carry a greater inventory. But please shop your local merchant first. Do you really want to drive 20 minutes, park a football field away, spend another 20 minutes hunting down your drywall anchors, painters tape, and toilet flush valve, only to have the security alarm go off when you leave?

Once in the store, a young employee asked me what I was looking for. When I told him, he said "the store did not carry that product." Fortunately I knew better, and told him that I already had verified that it was on the shelves somewhere. He walked away, leaving me to find it on my own, which I eventually did. There are two floors to the store, with the majority of home improvement things being on the lower level.
