Hey y'all. Howsit? Welp I hate going to trendy shops and stores, but was in the area. Deals galore here at H.E.B. gas prices are the cheapest in the area. Filled up. The HEB store brand bread is better than any you can name. Produce section is stocked with goodies. In store deals are phenominal and everywhere. Thick cut bacon with a buy one, get pork sausage free... zilch, zip, free. I even bought Dr. Pepper, and HEBs Dr. B. for scientific research. No real diff in flavor. Dr. B has a slightly more defined note of cherry over Dr. Pepper. Dr. B is way cheaper. And here I'm restricting my soda intake. Geez. Helpuh brother out. Stop it with the super cheap carbs willya? Anywho. I'm in on shopping here now. Even copped a large pepperoni/sausage pizza with a free garlic flat bread deal. Haus brands, but look at them? My last pizza outing was $50, fitty, five oh. Two medium pies, 2 drinks, fiffdy smackeroonis. Worth it though. Those pies slapped the taste out our mouths. Cya folks. Get some sun on yer bunz. Take care. If you are from Texas you know H-E-B and probably actually a little happy when one of these stores opens up in an area close to you! Such is my case... I visited this store today really to try their True Texas BBQa, but you can't come here and not visit the rest of the store as well! There footprint here seems smaller than their massive stores they usually build but upon entering it did not feel smaller than their larger footprints. Great use of space? Iam not sure where the credit lies but this store does not seem smaller once you are on the inside. Their selection is outstanding. I admire H-E-B's commitment to Texas Farmers an Ranchers. It's great to have H-E-B so close to where I live. I'm surprised Walmart hasn't sent a "remember us" email. I haven't placed a delivery order since H-E-B opened, but I continue to have some things shipped from Walmart. What I love most about this store would be their meal kits; there are many to choose from, and whatever tastes you have, you'll have no issues finding the right fit. After working with patients for 12 hours, I'm able to come home and pop a meal into the oven, shower, then relax and have a delicious dinner. I will say. I'm happy I tried the boil, but I will not get it again. The pieces of crab, I feel, were not selected well. If I were paying for them by the cluster, I would have chosen better clusters. One of them needed to be thrown away and never packaged. One thing I know for sure, I'm hooked on their Simply Meals and fresh produce. They never disappoint! read more

H-E-B finally opened in Bedford last week and I waited a week before showing up to spend my grocery budget here. I decided to go early in the morning before the noon crowd showed up and it was perfect timing as it was easy to park and shop. Wow! This store is huge, wide aisles, shelves organized and excellent assortments. So many choices! This is a store you browse and spend time shopping and I tend to look at what others are buying. My favorite departments are produce, meat and deli. They have meats that you can't find at other grocery stores like the tri tip. This is great on the grill. More to come as there will be more visits to H-E-B in Bedford in my future. read more

Okay, it's super nice in here! Brand new, sparkling clean, bright and cheery, with all the grocery goodies you could ever need. They have an enormous bakery, drive-thru barbecue, a great fish, deli, and meat selection, fresh sushi, a soup bar, a great variety of prepared meals, beautiful produce, and just endless aisles of product. Ah yeah, buh, bye Walmart, Target, Kroger, Whole Foods and Aldi...HEB IS HERE! Today was my first pilgrimage to HEB as a grocery shopper. I've been to HEB on vacation but honestly I never really explored their regular prices but I sure did today. Very competitive! They had great opening specials, like they were so good I checked my watch 3 different times to confirm it was 2026 and not 2015. Time travel, I thought it was a thing with these prices! The produce department was Whole Foods quality with Aldi prices. The pricing alone made me feel like a valued customer. The service throughout the store was top notch. People seemed happy to be there. The store was clean and well stocked. Coupons were displayed by items so you didn't have to go on a search and rescue for the products. The buy this, get that were great values. I don't have one critique for this location. It was so amazing, it's absolutely my new grocery store. The only reason I can see going to Kroger is if they have a lost leader item that I can't do without and it will be the only item I buy there. read more

I'm so glad to finally have an HEB in the Hurst Euless Bedford area. This location is a bit smaller than Aliance in Ft Worth; or at least it feels like it. Like they have one flavor of a local cider I tend to be able to chose from 2 or 3 at other locations. Though it's still really good and have all of your normal HEB staples. We also felt like we had an easier time getting in and out of here than other ones we've been too. read more

Is there anything that gets Texans more riled up than an opening for a new HEB? I live here and knew it was going to be bananas, and it WAS. I popped in opening weekend, because I saw an opportunity. A crazy storm came through, I was on my way home, and I saw a ton of cars leaving. I figured, this was my chance. It was still busy, but a lot of people had cleared out. I was able to find a parking space easily and get in as the storm was calming down. It is a big store, but it is arranged for the masses. It was still easy to move around, even with everyone milling about. That is the thing with new grocery stores, no one knows where anything is, and it takes a while to find everything on your list. The employees were super helpful and everything was constantly being restocked. They have a lot of really good store branded items and had some really good prices on their produce. Also, every checkout lane was manned. I did not have to wait to checkout. I love that, as I do not care for self checkout and some stores now only have that as an option. read more

If you have ever been to HEB we all know the store is greatness.But this time as I was grabbing a few things I decided to check out their BBQ.Ive heard mixed reviews about their BBQ so I tried to go in with a open mind but i wasn't expecting it to be that good.So I went in and looked at the menu and decided to get the two meat plate.I got the ribs,brisket,cornbread and for dessert I got the peach cobbler.I was going to get beans and potato salad but they were out of both those items.So I went with the cornbread and they let me substitute the cobbler for the other side.So I got my drink and some spicy BBQ sauce and sat down and waited for my food.About 5 minutes later they called my name.So I grabbed my food sat down and began to dig into my food.I started off with the ribs.As I looked at them they had that little glaze on them and really looked good.As I took the first bite it had a good pull to it and was really good.I was surprised.It had a really good taste to it.Next I picked up the brisket and it had a good smoke ring on it and the sides of it were nice and dark.So as I pulled it apart which was easy I took a bite and it was nice and tender.Also had a good flavor to it.A tad dry but nothing a little bbq sauce couldn't take care of.So after eating a couple of bites of the brisket I took a bite of the cornbread.I wasn't a big fan of it.Just didn't like the taste of it.I only ate a couple of bites of it.So after that I polished of the ribs and the brisket and dug into the peach cobbler.Which was pretty solid.Im pretty picky about my BBQ and I have to say this was legit BBQ.Oh i forgot, they also serve beer if your looking to sit down and have a couple with your BBQ.So next time your inside shopping for a few things and get a little hungry make your way inside their BBQ restaurant.Or if your just going for their BBQ go through their drive thru or go inside and eat.Its pretty tasty read more

Have to say the Texas BBQ was very good. Got a pound of fatty brisket. It was very tender but it did need the sweet sauce to kick it up a notch. Slaw was also pretty tasty. They include a few pickles and slices of onion as well as bread. Give it a try. As good as some of the BBQ joints around. read more

After they had been open for about 2 weeks I downloaded the App and placed my first order for delivery. The order was shopped and delivered by Door Dash. Most product was completely acceptable but the produce was lacking. Also, expiration dates on dairy was consistently soon to expire. I'm a big fan of many of the H‑E‑B pantry items and chips. The meat prices were satisfactory as I only shopped the advertised sales. If you're looking to add this store to your grocery stores I highly recommend you use the App for good savings. I personally can't speak to service inside the store. Delivery fee was $4.95 plus whatever tip you choose to pay your delivery person. It's my understanding orders are also fulfilled through Favor and Instacart. It seems to be a good fit for the area and long overdue. read more

The other night, I was in the store during the dinner rush. A manager at the next register was lecturing a cashier in full view of the customers. I don't know what the lady did, but she was in tears while he went on about some scanning rule that she'd broken. She kept saying she wasn't trained on it, and nobody told her the rules. He told her if she did it again, he would fire her. The customer at her register tried to defend her, but the manager wouldn't listen. That manager should be ashamed of himself for treating people that way. A cashier should never be in tears over a job, and customers should never have to witness that kind of abuse. Just because your store is as crowded as a sweatshop doesn't give you the right to act like you run one. read more

I went on opening day.. AMAZING store!! Customer service was first class.. Very well stocked and clean.. Very busy but HEB KNOWS how to run a store like nobody else.. Great prices and WELL WORTH IT.. I LOVE HEB.. I actually left in a good mood after shopping at this store.. Their premade meals are by far the BEST any where around.. Brisket queso and tortillas are AMAZING!! Today was the big day as the brand-new H-E-B in the Mid-Cities area of Euless, Texas officially opened its doors to the public for the very first time. As expected, crowds of excited shoppers lined up patiently, waiting for the magical 6 AM opening hour to finally arrive. When the doors opened at 6 AM, the long line -- stretching from the front entrance and winding all the way around toward the pharmacy drive-thru -- began moving quickly and smoothly. As customers entered, a large team of enthusiastic H-E-B employees welcomed everyone with shopping carts, cheerful greetings, ringing bells, a lively drum line, and even local high school cheerleaders helping create an energetic and festive atmosphere. Despite the large turnout, there was no chaos at all -- just courteous customers, friendly employees, and a very well-organized opening day experience. There was plenty of product available throughout the store, and while the excitement of a brand-new location will eventually settle down, the positive energy today was something special. I've always enjoyed shopping at H-E-B, and I'm especially happy that there's now one located only about a mile and a half from home. I have a feeling I'll be shopping there quite often sooner rather than later. The only disappointment from today was that several of the pictures I took on my phone came out blurry, so unfortunately I wasn't able to use them. read more

What a great store. Thank goodness HEB has arrived. The entire store is awesome, but you have to try the best guacamole ever and off the charts ribs. They even have a drive thru for their ribs, but best of all is HEB's great prices and unbelievable selection. read more
