Just left drive thru and the young lady delivering the order was very rude. Ordered two double scoop cones and one double scoop in a cup. She tries to hand both cones simultaneously instead of one at a time and then when we asked for a lid for the cup she slams the lid on top of the cup in my hand instead of taking the cup back and placing the lid on the cup. Braums is underrated. Their ice cream is delicious and so are their burgers and fries. And they have a drive-thru. And they have that little marketplace that carries a surprisingly large variety of products... I could get most of my grocery shopping done here, honestly, they even carry a few gluten free items. Their produce, meats, eggs and all the essentials are about the same price you'd see at your own Tom Thumb or Kroger, but it's just more fun to shop in here. My review is based solely on my ice cream since I've not tried anything else here other than that. If you're a peanut butter flavor lover, Braum's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream is a MUST!! They have chunks of Reese's like chocolate mixed in, and it is so delicious. I also tried the Rocky Road and it was a bit rich for me but I'm not a big fan of it anyways. Wow! This place has gone downhill! Drive thru marquee has a sign saying that it is not priced correctly. The people that are talking through the headphones cannot hear order. So you drive up to the window and they explain that they're having problems with their headsets and then say that "that's not on the menu"...lol! Impossible to check the menu when you're looking right at the indignant employee that says it's not on the menu when you've had to pull up to the drive-through window due to their technical issues. i usually go to this braums but i think i might just stop going. i ordered a tender dinner and double quarter. tenders taste like they were cooked early in the morning super cold and its 11:47 the time i type this. fries from the dinner had decent temperature still a little cold. gravy was good but bun was kind of hard like its been sitting out for some time. the cookie tho was good and warm. now the double quarter, very disappointing. burger was very salty cheese not even melted and glad it wasnt because i wouldnt have notice the piece of hair in the burger. terrible meal read more

Braums is the redemption of today, after a sorrowful experience at a particular location of one of my favorite franchises, I came to Braums to relax and cool off from a long day driving around in the hot sun. I've never had a bad experience with Braums. The ice cream is always good, and at this particular location, the servers are friendly and sociable. You feel like you're part of the family and they will joke or ask you how your day is. It's a good energy here. I came here with a heat induced headache, and left feeling pretty good, and I would say that is the best thing about the place. Brought my truck full of teens here after a movie for ice cream and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Everything looked clean behind the counter even though they were busy. When I went out to leave my battery was dead so I asked one of the workers if anyone had any jumper cables. He immediately found help for me. Him and the general manager helped with no hesitation whatsoever, brought their truck over and gave me a boost, and we were on our way. Braum's is one of those places for me... The burgers are large (1/3 lb.) and taste ok (especially like a big onion if you don't have them leave it off), but the fries are bland. The ice cream tastes good, but (by itself) the frozen yogurt has a weird taste to me (except in a Mix, but the taste is usually masked by the mix-ins). I love the milk that they sell. It seems to last longer and taste less watered down then store milk (except for Promised Land). The meat is good quality too. And as funny as I am about a restaurants cleanliness (with reasonable expectations), I seem to let Braum's slide (a few gnats or flies here and there, the bathrooms a little "spotty", the white water that they replace the ice cream scoop into: you get the idea). But I keep coming back....and I can't explain why. McDonald's has far superior ice cream and food to me. So as I watch the girl behind the counter using the cup that she just dropped on the floor, picked up, and started making my Health Mix with; the mystery only thickens for me. BTW, has anyone else noticed how the older Braum's always seem to have a subtle lingering onion smell......maybe it's just me. But that might explain the funny taste in the frozen yogurt. I went to braum's this evening and very excited with my nieces and nephews to give them some ice cream I walked in and we were the first people in line and as expected no one came To acknowledge my companion who happen to be in town for Easter. Waited 4 minutes and made eye contacts with at least two three employees before we decide to walk out. Two clans happened to be walking in at the same time we were leaving and they were immediately acknowledged and served. This has happened more than a few times and I'm not looking for any sympathy, but if you're going to a place of business you want to feel welcomed. Maybe better training or better customer service assistant would be ideal. It seems to be funny to the employees to mistreat clients in that perspective and that's why I decided to come and write a review. read more

Terrible experience at the drive through today. Person on the speaker seemed very annoyed that I was making an order and was sternly asking me anything else immediately after I said anything. Then at the wait for the window the driver ahead of me dropped a bag off to the person at the window and took off without any order. We received our food only to find that the fries were not seasoned, the lime aids(our favorites) taste like only syrup, and the outside of our child's shake already covered in shake. You remember the Biblical referral to milk and honey in Paradise. Quite honestly, I won't be surprised to be greeted at Heaven's Gate with a hot fudge sundae from Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores. The ice cream is delicious, creamy and not melted. There is enough hot fudge to go with the last bite. The almonds are toasted, there is the dollop of whip cream, and of course, a cherry on top. If you are not wanting to get fat, go on a strict diet for a couple of weeks prior to coming to Braum's, but don't deny yourself this experience. I'm not a big fan of ice cream. Not high on my dessert list when there's cupcakes, tiramisu and cookies to eat. Every now and then I'll want something cold - mainly when it's hot - and this is down the street. It's pretty average ice cream - lots of flavors that change often - I prefer Marble Slab but this is super affordable - like under $2 for 2 scoops.
