Favorite grocery store! Could not believe how many markdowns they have on stuff here. I got a large avocado on a salad for half off. There's a small section back by the creamers in the middle cold case with all marked down good stuff. I got my snacks for work and grabbed a few items. There's another long aisle, I think by the produce section, and all of it is close out markdowns. There's tons of beer, candy, toys, soups, spices and various foods. I got a large container of Elote Spuce for corn for 3-4 bucks. I'm going to use it in my salads and steamed veggies and try it on a baked potato. I posted some pics read more

My husband asked me the other day why I don't shop at Albertsons. Well until today the only reasons I had was because the store looked old inside and it smelled funny. So, I looked at the ad only and saw they had ground turkey, one lb for $2.97, which is about half price. I also needed gravy mix packets and lo and behold they had them for $1 as long as you buy 5. I go in the store, pick up 3 packages of ground turkey and 5 packets of gravy and head to the checkout. My two minute run in to the grocery store is about to turn into a 15 minute register transaction. Only 2 of the turkey packages ring up on sale out of the 3. Totally my bad, I didn't see the limit. Then the gravy packets don't ring up. I show them the app. They say, I think it's a coupon. I say I know it's a coupon and show them where I had clipped the coupon. Now we have to call the manager. The cashier tell the manager that the total is correct and that I, the customer don't understand the register screen. Keep in mind the register says $14.95 for $6 worth of turkey and $5 worth of gravy packets. I didn't need a calculator to see that was wrong. The manager voids the transaction and just rings up the gravy which comes to $8.95. She gets out her phone to try and figure out how much to take off the transaction to make it $5 and can't figure it out with the calculator. I let her struggle for a couple minutes and then tell her it's $3.95. Then she rings the turkey and TA-DA total is $10.94. Shocker, I know. If the Mississippi pot roast wasn't already in the crockpot, I would have just walked out. Along with my items, I did come out of there with a legit reason as to why I'm not ever shopping there again, so there's that. read more

Seafood Dept, review. I'm not a shopper of Alertsons, but I will visit when they're having a sale on something particular. This time around, they were having a sale on their crab legs. I couldn't pass up the deal, they were selling their crab legs at $5.99 a pound. I did have to download their app, and from there I was able to use the digital coupon. I called ahead to verify the sale was still on and headed over when I got off of work. When I arrived, there was a fella in front of me who ordered his crab legs from the seafood case. When it was my turn to purchase, I was told I could not get them from the case and was directed to the packaged crab in the frozen section. The gentleman she served prior, mentioned and wanted to verify he was purchasing the crab that was $5.99 and she verified that was the case. Because of this, I assumed she didn't want to bother with assisting me (probably due to the popularity of the sale) and instead, gave me the brush off. I like to pick my crabs to make sure they're fresh, thankfully, I was able to find a bag that met my criteria. I feel Albertsons is overpriced, but when they have sales, they have incredible sales and for that reason, I'll stop by from time to time. "Albertson's - It's your store!" - to go to and still have to make another stop! I have always been a bit Albertson's avoidant, in that anytime I have gone out of proximity, I have paid more and not always found what I needed. When I got a Primo brand water dispenser, I originally had to come here for water refills. When you walk in there are beautiful displays of delicious looking fruit. To that end, I have never purchased bad produce here. It tastes as good as it looks, and they always run "Buy One Get One Free" promotions. I have literally bought everything at Kroger and driven by Albertsons for broccoli, grapes, Oat Milk and watermelon. They were first to jump om board with the social distancing markers on the ground, plexiglass and getting cashiers sanitizer. Another plus. This store is pretty big, and they have about everything. During this quarantine they are very much out of flour and yeast, however. The maddening thing about this store is that it takes FOREVER to check out, even when it's not Coronamania. It's got a lot to do with many pauses by the staff and a lack of open lanes. Additionally, they are doing Monopoly now and that seems to take a minute even if you decline to take part. All in all, this is a great stop. Pro tip - they are usually pretty dead, and very clean, so if you don't want to fight the hordes at Kroger, and don't mind paying a premium, check out Albertson's. read more

She then put herself on break and walked around shaking her hips to eat lunch while I went to another register and the other employee had no issues taking items out of basket. read more

You would think a widely recognized brand like Albertson's would be at least semi-consistent. Unfortunately, there are a number of their stores in the HEB area and consistent would be the last word to describe them. The good news is that their other Albertson's and Tom Thumb stores here are pretty good. The bad news is that this store is consistently bad, from the facility to the selection to the staff. Of their stores in the area, this one is definitely the smallest and at least feels the oldest. This size and layout deficit leads to a serious lack of selection. You can't consistently find the same items here that you can at the other stores. It is also poorly laid out. For example, they have beverages spread out all over the store with no seeming rhyme nor reason. Their staff also doesn't live up to the typical friendly Albertsons reputation. They have a very apathetic attitude as a group. In fact, today, as I stood in a long line to check out, I witnessed a cashier with her light on, playing on her phone, turn a customer away, saying "oh, no, I'm not actually open. I'm waiting on someone." Not acceptable. Honestly, their prices aren't anything exciting and there are tons of places to get groceries in Euless. Yep his isn't worth it. read more

I have to start by saying that I usually shop and Kroger. I came to Albertsons after looking at their add and seeing this weeks special (5lb bag of potatoes for .59 and chicken breast .99lb) just to pick up a few of the sale items. Everyone in this store was extremely friendly and helpful. The chicken special had to be in one transaction but I wanted the chicken wrapped a certain way. The beautiful woman in the meat department made sure I was able to get what I asked for while still getting the special. I grabbed a few other things and headed to the checkout. When I got in line the cashier asked to make sure I had added the special items to the Albertsons card to make sure I got the special pricing. I though I had; but to my surprise I was missing a step. I wouldn't have gotten any of the special if it were not for this cashier check the app for me! I really appreciate good customer service! The reason I am giving 4 stars is because this was just a quick trip to pick up a few items not a complete grocery shopping day. read more

You did not act like one. Instead, you were hostile, aggressive, and extremely unprofessional. I have never encountered in my 25+ years of working holidays and customer service, someone yelling at people to get out of the store. You should not be a manager. I will be in contact with corporate. You create a disruptive, unpleasant environment that is negative for your coworkers. Your co-workers have no respect for you and laugh at you. They dismiss your creation of negativity because you're a hothead. Maybe anger management? Or possibly some therapy? Calm down. Take a deep breath. Know that you represent a company. Watch you tickets closely and what you are told by employees when shopping about substitutions for sale items. Two of us directly asked the person stocking in the egg section if the extra large 18 count in the bin marked large 18 count for .99 cents was being honored and she said yes. Stay sharp shoppers. Two of us were immediately in the customer service line when when were charged 3.09 and were told by that employee the price would not be honored. Beware so you don't get overcharged. Nice way to try to make a profit Albertsons. NOT on my dime. read more

I shop at both local stores in my area. Back in August my sister was coming to visit and I purchased all of her favorites . When I went to get her some of the items , I realized one of my bags were missing. I called the store and spoke to a female manager . I asked how if the checkers or anyone found it and where it would be . She was very nice and said don't worry , next time you come in- I will take care of you . I went in my next opportunity and asked for the manager, I got a male who said unfortunately there is nothing to do to help you . Mmm . It was only 1 bag, but because I felt good about how the first manager was willing to help and now this experience. I will be shopping the other store . I do realize sone people are dishonest and that is bad on everyone. A small show that my business matters would have resulted in thousands of dollars over the years . I had my credit card purchase proof, but not the itemized receipt . Keep your dang receipt if you shop this store and check for your items... Disappointed to say the least read more

The worst customer service ever... That non-friendly, stone faced store manager should have been fired along time ago. Does it hurt to smile and greet your customers?. I requested a reduced price (from $7.99) on a swivel up rotisserie chicken that has been under the heat lamp all day. It was the last one at 10:30 pm. Not only did I rec'd a irritating look from him but he takes the chicken and start inspecting it as if I had any reason to lie. Without looking at me, the customer, he tells the cker to take a $1 off then walks away. Such an asshole. I wish I had taken a mental note of his name. He's tall, black and an uninviting expression. If anyone know who I'm talking about, Pls let know. If u don't like your job, leave it for someone who takes pride in offering customer service and can represent a great store like Albertsons. read more

I am a Idaho boy, spent must of my life there. I have been a big support of the "Buy Idaho" movement for many many years, if I lived in Idaho or not. How Albertsons employees handed me today would have made Joe and Kathryn Albertsons rollover in their grave. I should have know there high standard of customer service was gone when you look at Kroger's across the street parking lot is packed. Albertsons might had a dozen cars at 3pm. I brought in a tank that need to be filled, now I don't know Texas law on the tanks. I came in with the tank, and I am on the other side of the story when 3 employees start telling me I can't that in here and I have to take it out, NOW! No offer to help me, none! A "let me help you with that" walk me out the door so can be handle the right way..... "you can't have that in here you have get out now". Here what I have to do Albertsons employees, I have to go to Kroger's were it $2.00 cheaper then your store. They also brought the new tank, came out to my car got the old tank from my car, ane brought my groceries out. So sorry that I will not be supporting your Albertsons at all. Oh wait I see WinCo here in Texas now. So Kroger's and WinCo get my money from here on out. read more

I am a Euless resident and this is the only store that I do my shopping at. The Bakery has never let me down. I have ordered four cakes for different occasions and they are always delivered on time. The employees are really polite and will work with you if you have a positive attitude or disposition with them. I hate Kroger because it is always crowded both on the parking lot and inside the store itself. This Albertsons' parking lot is perfect and was planned out well during development. The Meat, Fish and Pharmacy areas are great as well. I just hope this Albertson's does not go the way of Tom Thumb or Minyards...there are no automated check out machines so that means more jobs for us humans!!! read more
