I'm Visiting businesses in Round Rock today, so I came by my favorite H-E-B. Everything is fabulous at this H-E-B , including the car wash. The prices are reasonable, the car wash is always clean and functioning. It Sure is a nice way to keep the car clean & spiffy! Unlike other car washes, I do not worry about my car being damaged here. I've been here several times and every time my car is clean, including my rims. I highly recommend this car wash. read more

Drive through $13 car wash and my car looks great. I tried to wash the car myself to save $ and gave up on that talent. This HEB car wash was great! Price the same for all HeB car wash. This is MY HEB. In Texas HEB is so popular, rightfully so they're the best grocer on the planet. But everyone claims their HEB. Round Rock University happens to be mine. I've fed my family from this location for years. Great cashiers, helpful checkout chaperones I call them, that corral you to the shortest line when checking out. But today, i'll call him by name, Chris in the deli, seemed annoyed by my presence to start. I kindly walked up, explained that I had some Wisconsin Block Cheese cut here recently, didn't notice any in the case, wanted to inquire if it'd maybe return, or if Chris had any helpful guidance toward another HEB that might. But no, Chris proceeded to hang up on my words since I mispoke and said that the team members shaved me a slice here before, it was important for Chris to let me know that they don't shave cheese. My fault Chris, I absolutely should have used the word, cut. If Chris was halfway decent at customer service that wouldn't have been a return fire from him. The deli counter is NOT the place for question here at University Round Rock HEB for future. I'll make this review more fun for everyone. I was upset, I went to continue my shopping but still needed deli pepperoni, as I passed back by to grab some pre cut, guess what? There was none in the case--so I had to suck it up and head back to the beloved deli counter to have some cut. I was hoping Chris didn't serve me, I was having a nice evening, and didn't need any further unhelpful lip service than i'd already received. Luckily for myself, and Chris, another TM helped me. What's really fun here is as this alternate TM was cutting my pepperoni Chris had the audacity to go up to her, noticing that I had returned, to talk about our interaction from earlier. He must have been naive to think that since I had headphones on I could not see, or hear. I actually had the aware setting turned on, on my headphones so I was hyper aware of everything that transpired. I sincerely hope Chris sees this review, there is absolutely some opportunity here for Chris to improve on the customer service side of his job. Still love My HEB, just a good, honest, and clean review that every business deserves. read more

This store, with the size and monstrosity of this location, does not have simple necessities for many people. The skincare section does not have many brands that are decent, also to mention there are no Asian skincare. The food section is good if you're a mainstream American, but there are almost no option for Asian shoppers in regards to food ingredients. Maybe if you're obsessed with avocado toast and mayo sandwiches it's the right place for you. But for POC's, take your sales elsewhere. Would I come back here again? Maybe, if I'm picking up some cheap things that I need and I know that all stores must have. read more

We've had groceries delivered to our doorstep twice since the current social distancing guidelines came out. 5 stars for convenience and ease of use. This last delivery took only two days and we got everything we ordered except two items. read more

Heb is one of the best supermarkets I have ever visited. This is my go to grocery store, everyone is super friendly and helpful, the workers seems happy, and they have great samples that they cook which is always nice when I go shopping and need a little snack. The prices are good and they have quality items, the heb brand food is really good quality! read more

We recently moved and this is the closest grocery store to our new home. This store is larger than the location we previously went to and seems to have more options. It has always been clean and well stocked when we've stopped by. The workers are always friendly and willing to offer help when needed. They have a ton of the meals to go options which are super convenient if you're ever in a big rush! read more

HEB quality never ceases to amaze me...this is their pre-made garlic bread straight out of the package. Not only is it not even a loaf of bread but 2 mismatched pieces shoved together...but somebody clearly help themselves and ripped (or bit) one of the ends off. Seriously disgusted right now. Meat department is WOW. Multiple cuts of grass fed, prime and waygu beef. Fresh and beautiful!

This store is huge and has a huge selection of groceries. There is even a clothing section and more. Prices are good. Parking is easy.

I love my HEB. This is a great store. I was told they call it a hybrid store because it's a full HEB with Central Market upgrades. Great Cafe type foods to go. Great produce, bakery and seafood. Lots of quick and easy menu items. We are especially fond of the bacon wrapped scallops and stuffed salmon meals. Prepackaged ideas can often be on the table in 30 minutes. I often tell people that HEB makes dinner easier for me. I work long hours and drive 45 minutes each way...so good meals quickly are of huge benefit to me. The staff is friendly for the most part and most items are in stock that I am seeking . No store is perfect but this HEB comes pretty close for me. read more

Gas is well priced and conveniently located across from ikea and HEB, but the car wash isn't great, and leaves a ton of dirt on your car.

Nothing against HEB the store, but the car wash is terrible. I paid for the most expensive wash and it still left my car dirty afterwards. It doesn't look like a fancy car wash but I had seen cars lined up for it a few different times, now I realize that was probably more for convenience. If you actually want your car cleaned, don't use this car wash. read more

Had an experience here that will definitely cause me to use another grocery store. Went to the deli counter because someone requested aged cheddar on their burger. I didn't know about aged cheddar and inquired. Turns out, its not a sliceable, burger-appropriate cheese. When my wife and I passed by the deli counter a minute later, a short, dark haired deli girl was actually talking about what an idiot I was and making fun of me. Sorry my cheese knowledge isn't as vast as some, but there's no need to publicly shame my cheese knowledge! I'll shop in Georgetown where I don't get made fun of for cheese ignorance. I will give kudos to their meat counter though. They're the reason I'm giving two stars instead of petitioning to have stars taken away. Very helpful. Too bad I can't show my face there because of an employee publicly shaming me. read more

Usually shop at Randall's but decided to try this HEB today. Super irritating to have to listen to a very high pitched vacuum the entire time I was in the store. Wasn't just me, noticed poor young girl with tears in her eyes and hands over her ears. Also irritating to have to wait with 17 items in one of the four lines backed up with people with 247 items. But that seems Typical at H-E-B, which is why I switched to Randles in the first place. Guess I will head over to Randall's for some Excedrin for my high-pitched vacuum headache. read more

I am from Allen, a suburb of Dallas, just north of Plano. When I lived in Austin on the 80's for school, HEB was an awesome store. Prices were significantly cheaper and they even had an entire aisle of the generic food with the white label and bold black letters. They even has Beer. It was cheap and fun. After living I. Dallas/Allen for the last 25 years or so I got spoiled by having 3 krogers, 2 tom thumbs, an albertson's, an Aldi, a Fiesta ( they specialize I. The Latino population) a Winn Dixie, 2 Walmart super centers ( although I don't really shop there because I disagree with many of their employee policies), a Super Target, a Market street, trader Joe's, 2 Whole Foods, 2 Asian supermarkets and an Easily Accessible Central Market ( the one in Austin is a pain to get to) and a number of Farmers markets, co-ops and Halal Butchers ( best place to get lamb,mutton, and goat) PLIS K-bar-K ranch ( organic, single source, pasture fed) meat,dairy and Egga. Best chicken ever!!! All this within 15 miles. My husband took a job in Austin and we live in Round Rock. Seems my only choices are Randall's, which is very expensive for "regular" food. They do have a great bakery. HEB, which is so busy trying to be WalMart and a sad section of " natural" and bulk items also, they have a t a terrible selection of "regular" food. They do have a wonderful meat department and it is nice not to have to drive all the way to the Domain to get my organic and pasture fed products. I Grew up in the country. I used to food like this. Also a very extensive deli department and organic veg.sushi is good quality I don't do Walmart and it seems the target has limited groceries. It's a good 30 minute or so drive to whole foods and natural grocers. I am actually surprised there isn't a white foods nearby. So I am generally unimpressed with the grocery store selection here. read more
