Great folks here are kind to the public and Over the road drivers. if your driver like I am. then you know all about the long hours all that windshield time. Here we go, HEB is the main supermarket of Texas. I love this supermarket. I was told HEB has a super HEB . I'm excited to visit that location. Every visit to Texas it never seems to amaze me on items I find within this supermarket that NY supermarkets don't have. This supermarket is always stocked with everything. I have never seen an empty spot in this supermarket. The variety of food in each department is amazing. It can be overwhelming because I want everything lol. Cleanness is a 9. The food even look so fresh from the fruit to sushi to the meats. This supermarket is always crowded no matter what time or day you go. Every department is stocked daily. The store set up is a bit different from what Im used to but overall it works for me. Customer service there is always a long line. Cashiers are very helpful and friendly. Prices are pretty reasonable. My overall experience is a 9. I will definitely visit again soon. Happy yelping. read more

They have an armed police officer out front. I love this place. You can get any kind of fruit or vegetable you can dream of. They have the next produce department of any grocery chain I've ever been in. Friendly staff and speedy check out. They carry international products that are hard to find. They even have a pay station for utility bills and car registrations. read more

Little Mexican avocados totally rippened on the outside hard as For on the inside. Appear like Synthetic. Hope they not experimenting with growing these produce with substances un-beknown to tge consumer. Love this heb; but please, pay attention to your Produce. I am not the type to shoot from the hip with these reviews because I know the impact it may have, but this has been going on for a while. With the risen cost of food this past couple of years, I can no longer afford to coin toss and see if have to throw it away after attempting to eat it. It's a typical H-E-B. You'll find it very similar to the Liberty Heights H-E-B as far as the layout (but with less wine.) However, I would like to share an especially since visit I had there. I had recently been released from the hospital and was still convalescing, but needed a few staple items. Naturally, it was off to H-E-B. I grabbed my quick needs which included a carton of extra large white eggs. Now, this is a pet peeve of mine at ALL grocery and department stores, the checkout lines get ungodly hot thanks to the running electronics. Why can't they add a couple fans? Anyway, the heat crept into me and I felt woozy. Checked out, now this H-E-B has not one but THREE entrances, the center one has two double doors and some quarter games, it's its own fun little world of claw games and stickers, so yep, fresh out of the hospital my body gave way and I dropped my bags and the eggs came rolling out. One helpful employee, named Susie, was helping an elderly customer with her groceries and saw me struggling to clean up my mess. She offered to help and told me I could get a fresh carton of eggs. I thanked her and turned down the eggs and explained I was just released from the hospital and feeling not very well. Without even offering, she just told me to wait there while she grabbed another carton of eggs and brought it to me. It was very nice and heartfelt and I'm sure the kind act was nothing to her, but it meant a lot to me. read more

I've been going to this H‑E‑B my whole life, it has never disappointed. It's always stocked as best as possible. I have never ever complained about anything at this location because management seems to get it right every time! Great prices, great staff, great experience. You always seem to send me home happy. First off.. I love my HEB stores! I only shop at HEB! I hate WallyWorld! Full stop! But this store has changed my thinking! If I could give a zero rating I would! I needed a cake for one of my employees. So I called this store and was put through to the bakery. I was on hold .. no joke for 11 minutes! Finally a very nice lady picked up and I told her what I needed, just want to make sure HEB had the cake before I drove to there. She put me through again, 4 minutes later.. again. She comes back in the line. Apologies, she was very nice! She asked if I wanted to talk to a manager, I said yes! He came on the line, he walked over to the bakery, confirmed they had the cake! Got there, found my cake , asked if I could get Happy Birthday Brad on it!? Was told, I don't do that! Again, I asked if I could get something written on the cake, "No!" They had premade ribbons with it written on it. If that's what I wanted, I'd have asked for a premade ribbon! Why would you work in a bakery and not be able to write happy birthday on a cake! Might be time to stop by WallyWorld! HEB blew it IMO! read more

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Produced is spoiled, the people that work there are rude and just unpleasant. They never have anything and just the overall store is trash. Don't waste your time shopping at this HEB. Oh, and the bakery is trash. Bought a cake for my son's bday 50.00 for a crappy cake. Should have went to Walmart! Wish they had other groceries stores besides HEB because HEB sucks! read more

Average size H-E-B. Typically will have fresh fruits and vegetables and decent sales every week. The Flaming Bird has reopened since COVID. We will always go through the self checkout so I can't say how they are with service but we like the Kitty Hawk HEB better it's just farther from home. read more

It's one of the lesser of the HEBs curb side to go signs need work. They are not friendly and the store is just smaller with limited items. This is also where the HEB shooting occurred in 2019. I go normally to Kitty Hawk but this location takes benefits via curb side. As soon as Kitty Hawk does the same is will be right back over there. Thank goodness I don't have to get out of my car anymore. read more

This location is convenient to where I live. It's a small store that is often busy and I wish there were better product options. Lines can be long and opening more registers would help with that, but I do appreciate when an employee directs me to a shorter line to avoid waiting too long. read more

This is by far one of the worst H-E-B stores that I have ever been to. It is literally down the street from me but would rather go to Walmart, if I'm not in a rush I will go to the H-E-B on kitty hawk which pristine!!! I would give this location zero stars if I could. read more

Not thrilled, bought groceries, checked out, Chris was the bagger, bought bananas, apples, grapes, chris bagged them, put them in my basket, and then PUT A DOUBLE BAGGED GROUP OF CAN PRODUCTS 8 CANS IN ALL. needless to say nursed and beaten, my dogs will enjoy them. read more
