Quality: if I can post pictures at the end of this review, I will. They tell the story of how, instead of a thorough cleaning, the tech applied some white adhesive or paint(?). This white stuff had all peeled off, exposing the dirty grout, by the time we moved out, just a few weeks later. (We followed their rule of allowing curing time before using the shower again. The owner wanted to come out and do a "re-do" (of course the company knows they are completely taking advantage of home sellers, who will be gone by the time the paint starts to peel)! He completed the work and after going in and taking a look at the job, I notice imperfection's that he touched up, but there was still excess caulking and sealant that was all over my shower where he had been working at, which he didn't remove.
