From the professional answering staff to the entire funeral service staff, everyone was always on point and helpful. The services were very reasonable. The absolute best part was when my father saw his wife of over 50 years, ready to go on to glory. It simply took his breath away and a huge smile washed over his face with relief. He immediately thanked them for making his wife look like she was sound asleep. After months of being in hospitals, rest homes and ambulances, my mom was tired and looked so uncomfortable all the time. I don't know how they did it other than truly using"magic" but she looked like an angel! At the wake and funeral, everyone was extremely pleased with her appearance. The casket was perfect also. We had to ship my mom out of state for her final resting place. When the receiving funeral home observed my mother 3 days after the initial funeral, the owner asked who had done the work. I told them and they insisted I relay the message that they had done a very good job.The owner is a third generation funeral home director with over 30 yrs in the business. So that was an awesome compliment! I have since thanked DM Williams on behalf of my family for all that they have done. I highly recommend this funeral home to anyone who wants the best for their loved one.

Mount Albion Cemetery is brimming with history. It is a unique old cemetery with headstones dating…read moreback to the 1800s (some birth years from the 1700s), all set on a well-kept landscape full of rolling hills and mature shady trees. At the main entrance, there is a large map that points out the many historic features. There is also a bin of takeaway paper walking trails. There are three routes plotted out in three different map brochures, each with their own various sites along the way. We recently visited purposefully to find the Civil War Memorial Tower. If you park at the main gate, the tower is a .65 mile walk uphill, but not treacherously steep. About half way up you can see the tower at the top of the winding road, and it is much bigger than photos make it look. Plus we didn't realize until we got up there that you can ACTUALLY climb up the tower! It is a soaring brick spire, with a spiral staircase all the way up to the roof! My fear-of-heights husband and son only made it a quarter of the way. I made it half way, and couldn't muster up the courage to keep going when the space became very enclosed. But our brave teen daughter got all the way to the top! She said the views were breathtaking! I wish I could have saw them too, but taking a photo of her triumphant wave up top from the bottom was a nice view, too. :-D We definitely plan to return to try the other walking routes, and veer off the path to explore the lush history here. If you like walking, are okay with some hills, and like local historical sites, Mount Albion Cemetery makes for a fascinating outing.

They tailored their proposal to meet our A/V budget and provided alternative component selections so we could balance price and performance. Ken and Mark had worked on other homes in the same Pittsford area, so they understood how wires in the home audio systems were routed, how to locate the optimal location for the modem and routers, and were able to complete the project with an absolutely clean installation without visible wires or poorly installed componentry. We are 100% pleased with Kevin's and Mark's work. It was easy to get on their schedule, they delivered the project completely according to the proposal--no surprises, no upcharges. I would not hesitate to work with Leader TV again and I would highly recommend them to others.
