From the professional answering staff to the entire funeral service staff, everyone was always on point and helpful. The services were very reasonable. The absolute best part was when my father saw his wife of over 50 years, ready to go on to glory. It simply took his breath away and a huge smile washed over his face with relief. He immediately thanked them for making his wife look like she was sound asleep. After months of being in hospitals, rest homes and ambulances, my mom was tired and looked so uncomfortable all the time. I don't know how they did it other than truly using"magic" but she looked like an angel! At the wake and funeral, everyone was extremely pleased with her appearance. The casket was perfect also. We had to ship my mom out of state for her final resting place. When the receiving funeral home observed my mother 3 days after the initial funeral, the owner asked who had done the work. I told them and they insisted I relay the message that they had done a very good job.The owner is a third generation funeral home director with over 30 yrs in the business. So that was an awesome compliment! I have since thanked DM Williams on behalf of my family for all that they have done. We had worked on a project for over 4 years to do an addition on a building for Rick Stacey. He…read morealways 'claimed' that he had a better price on the building supply and erection. 5 years later, we ended up getting our contract signed and the project started as every project started and ended, flawless, until it came to paying. It didn't help his (or my) situation due to the fact that he never had a 'full building permit' as he pissed off the local building inspector for not getting the foundation permit and doing it things the right way. He indicated that there was a leak in one part of the building, and we had addressed the issue. Additionally, we had purchased a special machine (per his request) and tested all the insulation in his building. We submitted the report and never got paid. We currently have a lien on his site and the current balance (without interest) is $36,500.00. He is a liar and will do anything to screw his clients and the people who do good work for him. We are now filing a lawsuit to get our money back and found out we are not the only one! He has done this to many clients and others. I'm coming for you Rick!

My husband had his beautiful shiny red snow plow (that he kept covered in our attached garage for…read morethe ten years we've owned it), picked up by Brodner's to have the starter changed. We kept calling and calling to see if it was ready, to get it back, but it was never ready. Finally, they said since it was summer, and they were doing so many lawn mowers that people needed right away, would we mind waiting? To be agreeable, my husband said sure. In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...
