They observed that she supposedly had 3 cavities, and the put a silver cap on one of her molars. I told them to hold of on doing the other 3 cavities. I took her to John Paffrath in Erin Tn. She did not have any cavities, they were just brown stains. They gave her some abrasive floss, to use. Within 2 weeks the stains were gone. As far as the silver cap they put on, she ended up having to have a root canal on that tooth. I went to their office to get her records, they wanted me to come back in an hour, so they could fix her records. i refuse to leave till I had them. They got up part of the records and gave them to me, then they had their bouncer walk me out the door and tell me not to ever come back to them. I did report them to tennCare fraud, for the simple reason she did not have 3 cavities like they said she did, and it was confirmed by John Paffrath DDS. I am posting this, to warn other people of their childrens precious teeth.
