I had a very pleasant experience working with them and coordinating payments with them so my surrogate can go to acupuncture. My surrogate was very happy with the services here. She told me that this was the first pregnancy out of 4 that she did acupuncture and this was her first pregnancy that she didn't have morning sickness and nausea!! I think it shows in the demeanor of our lovely child. She is a very calm and happy baby. I definitely think the pregnancy acupuncture has something to do with it! The treatment is on time, she is very knowledgeable and and very thorough, the place is very clean and well maintained. I explained to Dr. Kwok my concern about a 4 month cough and he proceeded to provide acupuncture and herbs. At the end of the visit he declined to accept my insurance card or FSA card and insisted on my credit card payment. He reassured me that I would receive a refund if reimbursed. 3 weeks later and no claim has been submitted and when I call the office I am told a bunch of excuses including that my insurance does not cover me or my concern for cough. I explained thoroughly my concern before and during the visit my chief complaint and have had this insurance for 30 years without issue. Absolute malarkey and shady office conduct
