The work was done well and they spent the time to make sure all the touch up spots were painted. They even realized that they were using paint in one ceiling that was slightly off in color so they went back to Lowe's to get the right matching paint color. MVS placed a wood brace and electrical box (going to hire an electrician later) to place a fan in the future in that location. My two biggest concerns were matching the existing texture and not making a mess. They did great at both. No mess at all! They completely covered everything surrounding the area. This was a big deal to me because my ac guy made a huge mess everyday when cutting holes for the vents. We had multiple dry wall repair guys come out and none of them were confident they could match the texture. MVS was confident and they ended up doing a great job. I called again several times and no answer, then texted at 10:30 and asked him to please tell me if he is not able to complete the job and dont waste my time. He answered my text and said his workers BARELY told him they couldnt come for the day. That he would find someone else to come tomorrow. I respectfully said no, and I will find someone that WANTS the job. Be courteous of other peoples time!! Communicate that you are late or unsure of where your workers are at!
