Spent 3 days scraping, sanding and patching to prepare for painting as well as moving all items out of the way before painting. They masked off quite a bit of area to ensure that there would not be any overspray. This attention to preparation continued as they did the stucco, trim/facia/eaves, siding and doors. They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. Came out in person to look at it and the price went up to $13 grand, sent 2 guys out the the following week Anthony shows up and now says he wants $17 grand, WTH ? Says he likes to make at least a grand a day for his profit. For what? To show up to see if his guys are working, then leave. I dont think so. And then his 2 guys still left unacceptable areas that my own top notch drywall guy had to fix. :( :(
