They were able to get my x-ray done on a Saturday, have the results read, and sent to my doctor in time for a follow up visit on Monday. I thought if I went to this Marque Urgent Care Clinic yesterday to ask one of their Doctors to give me a Blood Test and an Ultrasound on my right leg which I was experiencing moderate to severe pain that feels like a tingling sensation from underneath my right knee down towards my right foot. I also have swelling in my right leg and my skin on the front and back of my right leg is warm to the touch. These symptoms that I am describing are signs of a Blood Clot in my right leg and I was advised by my nurse to walk into this Marque Urgent Care Clinic yesterday. A blood clot is a very serious medical condition. It's a medical emergency. When I called yesterday at 4 PM I got an answering machine that said ALL OF THERE MEDICAL STAFF IS BUSY AND LEAVE A MESSAGE. I did leave my full name and my cell phone number to call me back ASAP. This Marque Urgent Care Clinic NEVER called me back yesterday and I have a serious Blood Clot in my right Leg, if this blood clot breaks off it can move up to my heart and I can have a Heart Attack and Die.

Literally made this account just to write about this experience. Nurse practitioner, Peter Tannous,…read moremay both sides of your pillow always be cold. I've visited this MinuteClinic several times for flu shots and TB tests, and while wait times can run longer than expected, I understand why. Between walk-ins, limited providers, and the unpredictable nature of healthcare, delays are sometimes unavoidable. This visit was no different. While waiting for my general medical exam, I noticed a steady stream of patients being checked in. At one point, an older couple at the front desk seemed to be having trouble navigating the walk-in process. Peter stepped out of his room repeatedly--at least five times--to help translate and explain the system to them. Despite his efforts, they seemed confused about how to proceed and would repeatedly approach the front whenever a name was called, even when it clearly wasn't theirs. By this point, I was about 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and the waiting room was getting busier. Peter calmly explained to the couple that he could only perform the specific TB test they wanted to sign up for, while they were requesting multiple services that the MinuteClinic doesn't even offer. Shortly after, he called my name. As I walked up, I overheard other patients expressing frustration about the wait, with some even canceling their appointments. Meanwhile, Peter just sighed and immediately returned to providing professional, attentive care. During my appointment, he was nothing but kind, focused, and respectful. I had forgotten some required forms for my exam, and he was incredibly understanding--allowing me to quickly run to my car to retrieve them. He also took the time to give me thoughtful advice about my future in nursing, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the earlier couple continued to interrupt, knocking on the door multiple times during my visit. Each time, Peter had to step away to explain that he was with a patient, while they grew increasingly frustrated that he couldn't drop everything to assist them immediately. He apologized to me every time he paused, though I didn't mind. I could clearly see the situation he was managing. That experience alone was a powerful reminder of what our healthcare system is. In the single hour I was there, it felt like a full shift's worth of challenges. Patients don't get the care they genuinely need, incompetent people don't do their research, and providers that ARE present become ill-equipped punching bags. It is a constant cycle. TLDR: The minute clinic here is a disaster. I agree with other reviews that it is understaffed and often overbooked (walk-ins are not as simple as they seem). Patients deserve timely, high-quality care, but it's also important to understand the system's limitations. IF YOU are standing there, signing up for a 10-minute TB test, as it was the only appointment available to make online, and then are SHOCKED when the only 1 NP working there tells you they cannot perform the 50-minute appointment you ACTUALLY wanted to have done in that 10-min slot, then YOU are the problem. Understaffed or not, it is the few entitled/ignorant people I see from time to time that cause the greatest disturbance in ANY healthcare clinic/hospital/pharmacy/you name it. Healthcare providers are humans too, who get overworked like the rest of us. They work under pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities, and still strive to give each patient the care they deserve. Before leaving a harsh review about "bad service," it's worth considering the bigger picture.

I went to the lab at 8 PM and there was a Hispanic woman who drew my blood. Normally I get queasy and lightheaded and have to look away when they draw my blood, but she was able to fill up all of my vials and pricked me less than two minutes. It was the fastest easiest painless experience I've ever had coming to this lab and I cannot say that I've experienced that previously at this lab... it definitely was this employee who made a difference. She needs to be training the other lab technicians. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but please check the schedule or Qgenda to see who was staffed that night. She deserves a kudos. They offer only specific services though. Parking isn't a problem. Friendly staff. You will see a lot of elderly people /visitors/patients at this location for some reason so be helpful and friendly to them and patient with them.

I have never had a referral happen so quickly! They had an appointment available Monday morning. Check in was quick and easy, done in just over a minute. We were called in at the appointment time. The nurse asked some questions and looked at my son's toe that was giving him some trouble. She advised what she though the treatment options would be. Dr. Thomas came in just a couple minutes later and said the same thing the nurse did. He gave us our options. I made a decision but my son was very scare of the shot and the procedure. Dr. Thomas was amazingly patient while my son had his freak out. He remained calm and tried to help me to get my son to understand what needed to be done and why. This took a good 15 minutes, but in the end Dr. Thomas did the procedure. It was over pretty quickly and my son became interested in the procedure. He answered all my son's questions about what he was doing, what tools he used, anything my son was curious about. I am truly shocked at how nice the nurse and Dr. Curt Thomas were. The fact they were also able to do this same day was more than appreciated. I really can't think of anything that could have been better. Thank you Dr. Thomas and care team!

Go to Google to get an idea of the problems, which are Loius, and the so called doctor (Olson). Think finger air quotes when you say doctor. Like, allegedly... Anyway, he was a complete ass. He even identified the WRONG BODY PART, after I came in for worker's comp injury. Dude, THAT'S YOUR WHOLE JOB IN THIS SCENARIO! Like, I'm not a doctor, I get it. But, I do know the difference between a TOENAIL AND A FOOT. He may need a refresher course and some heavy reinforcement from HR, because he has problems, big problems. I was waiting for him to beat his chest and yell, "Come at me bro!" He's super arrogant, hostile and aggressive. Not the sharpest tool in the shed either. I would recommend having someone else in the room, even a staff member because I felt very unsafe being alone with him. The guy has massive aggression and hostility issues, besides not knowing the difference between a TOENAIL AND FOOT for starters. Not only is the doctor AGGRESSIVE, he's also PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. So fun! Not! So after he had a diva moment and walked out of the room after I repeatedly asked him (calmly) to lower his voice, he kept me waiting for my useless paperwork for like an hour. As I was waiting, Louis came over to me, way too close (almost touching me), staring down at me in the chair, reached to touch my shoulder. I said I need you to stop touching me right now. Wtf people? You guys are so out of line and then some. Get it together. Not to mention Louis cracked some asinine joke when I arrived about "calling a tow truck." I just stared blankly and let him know I didn't appreciate his inappropriate joke. Har har har So whatever your need, bypass this shit show. Have your employer literally send you anywhere else.

Checked in. Got told I got lucky, only a 90 MINUTE wait. Nearly 3 hours later they call me and take my vitals in an exam room. Another 45 min later, a tall doctor came into the room, looked at finger for 5 seconds then said in an annoyed tone that Id be waiting another two hours because they had others in front of me and my cut "wasnt a big deal really".. with an eye roll.. He gave me the impression I was wasting their time coming in to get stitched up. Tall rude doctors leaves, waited another hour. A different doctor comes in, nice and polite with glasses on. Dr Bruce. He was the complete opposite of the other guy and I was super grateful we found common ground in that we shared some mutual friends through martial arts. Dr Bruce was amazing and should work in a place with nicer people. Id never been in a medical setting where the staff treated you like they were annoyed you showed up to get help. These people are rude and really dont give a #%$& about you. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
