Our kids have been coming to summertime surf camp for 3 years- we all absolutely love the camp and…read morethe instructors. They are amazing with the kids- every instructor is well skilled. Every year I'm amazed at the progress my kids make. Not only are all of the coaches fun and funny, but they are very diligent when it comes to making sure that everyone is ok. I trust that they will keep my kids safe. As someone who has a lifelong fear of the ocean, that is saying a lot. In fact, one of the best parts about this camp is that not only are they learning to surf, but they also spend a lot of time teaching them ocean skills- I used to be highly anxious when my kids went in the ocean- I'm not anymore because I know that they can handle it. Brennan was an awesome instructor, teaching us all about swell, tide, and wind, and about the board mechanics (deck, stringer, fin clips, etc.). Showed us how to deftly execute the pop, and was a guiding force in the waters. My wife was the better student, but I gave it my all! Highly recommend Summertime Surf, LLC. They're nice, gentle people, are talented surfers, and best of all, are great teachers. Can't wait to begin our Endless Summer around the world!

John was really great at making sure every member of our group felt comfortable out on the water and patiently looked after everyone since we paddled at slightly different speeds.
