I've been here a few times and I've only had one bad experience which is why i put 4 stars. Personally i prefer to go to Linda. She much be the manager because she was doing my nails, answering the phone when it rang, and passing out water. I would be upset that she wasn't as attentive to me but she was kind enjoy to correct the mishap that caused me to come in today. She was very accommodating, paid attention to detail when i asked my nails filed a certain specific way and asked me if i liked it before painting them. She's by far my fav! When it's your first time they give you a first time certificate. And don't forget to grab a loyal card for a signature.l, after your 10 visit you get a free manicure ( and i go like every 3 weeks for mani pedis so they help) Suliya is good as well; she did a pedicure for me And she was very gentle. read more

This is a new nail and spa spot in Long Island. My cousins suggested it since we needed to get our (cousins and I) nails and feet done, also I love to visit different nail spots. This salon is gorgeous however the price is WAY to expensive. I spent $100 to get a refilling on tips using the pink hard gel and chrome polish with a 10 minute back massage. Also it took a minute for the technician to understand what I was asking for when I wanted the chrome polish. I am glad I was able to visit this well furnished over the top nail salon but my usual nail salon only charges $45 for the same request so I will stick with them. read more

Clean, professional, and friendly place. I recently had surgery and my nail tech was very gentle in the way she handled me and was very helpful when putting on my jacket or carrying my things. She wasn't too chatty and offered me something to drink more than once. Plus, my nails came out fantastic. She did something called SNS where the powder itself was the nail color. Prices are borderline Manhattan but well worth it to me. Will definitely be back, if not for the service alone. read more

i came here with my friend yesterday. we asked them how long the wait was they said 5 minutes. i was getting regular gel and my friend was getting tips. about 5 minutes later they told me i could start. i didnt even realize this but about 40 minutes later i saw that my friend was siting at the table and still hasent strated! she finally started about 5 minutes before i was done. i loved how my nails turned out and i didn't have one prgolem they were so sweet to me and just wanted me to be happy! when my friend was done she also liked how her nails turned out but she was still mad about how long she had to wait. she gave a $3 tip, i agree she should've done maybe $5 and she did offer that when she saw they were upset! but they told her she had to do 18%!! she told them she wasn't happy with the service that they had but they still forced her to give that! i think this salon is a really good salon but disgusting with money. read more

My friends and I ended up trying this place after my friend's usual go-to place was super booked. It ended up being a great thing since we got to try H2O Nail Spa around the corner instead. The first thing you notice walking in is that the nail spa is super spacious. There is a big seating area in front in case there is a wait. The facility is very clean as they use disposable plastic liners to change in between customers for the pedicures. They autoclave their tools to keep them clean in between customers. I thought it was also very nice that they give their customers water. There is also a decent selection of nail polish to choose from. This time I decided to treat myself to the green tea spa pedicure package that included a mud spa wrap and massage. There are many different packages and each have a different price point. The staff was super nice and cool to chat with while getting your nails done. After we were done with our nails, they gave us a $5 gift certificate to return to use next time. The prices are on the higher end, but they did a great job. read more

I like this nail salon. I recently switched from another. It's very clean and quiet inside. Makes for a relaxing spa visit. I got a powder gel and pedicure the last two times I came here. Wait time varies. I would suggest always at least calling in advanced. That seems to help. The pedicures are great. They use a liner in the tub. My powder gel varies from person to person. I like my nails square but rounded on the edge. The pictures show the square but sometimes they're not as rounded as I like. Coy was the most recent woman I was able to get and she did a very good job. Some items are a little pricy but I've never had a bad experience. read more

Every time someone needed to pay she ran away from me. 1 hour after leaving the salon my gel manicure peeled off on my thumb and I left with lumpy uneven nails and paint on my hands. DO NOT ask for A 10 min back massage. The man who did it hurt me and bruised me. He dug his thumb and point fingers into my neck violently shacking me. Grabbed at my throat while "massaging" my neck. One of the worst, most rushed pedicures I have ever gotten. It was only when I left that I could see how sparse the polish was and it was filled with air bubbles. The man that did my pedicure barely paid any attention to what he was doing. The polish on the shelf looked old. I like to give places more than one try and this was my third bad experience. Just had my second appointment. The first was a regular mani/pedi and this was a powder gel mani ($40)/regular pedi ($20) (total of $60). Sam did my powder mani and I was very impressed by how meticulous he was. Someone else did my pedi (I didn't get her name), but she was good too. The salon is very clean and relaxing, it just gets a little noisy once more customers come in because of the acoustics. The first time, I came on a Saturday and the wait was about 30mins, which I think is probably average for this salon. This time I came on a Friday @1p and was seen immediately. Would have given 5 stars, but giving 4 stars because the ladies at check out gave me a bit of a hard time when I asked to use a $5 coupon given to me by the manager my first visit because it was expired. I understand not honoring an expired coupon, but I'd think they wouldn't have given me such a hard time over $5 when I had just spent $60 (less tips). I got the H2O pedicure which was a pricey 38 bucks. However the message was great. Jessica, the woman that rubbed my feet and calves did an excellent job and she did a full 10mins (she had a timer). I was so excited to get my nails done here last Thursday... less than a week ago. Got SNS and a regular pedicure and ran me about $85, yikes, and then I went home and woke up the next morning and my pointer finger nail was cracked. Went right in and they fixed it no problem. The next day 2 more cracked and then over the past 6 days 4 more had cracked... I'm so disappointed especially after spending all of that money. Do not recommend at all. read more

I walked into the salon at 6:20pm and they close at 7:30. I was told 30 mins and that 3 people were ahead of me however I waited 45 mins and one of the 3 people in front of me left which confuses me. After waiting the 45 mins and the employee I was told I was waiting for took yet another costumer I was finally taken by the woman who seems to be the manager. It took her another 15 mins to start my pedicure so now I've been waiting an hour. She starts and then 5 mins later she runs to help someone that came in after me. Horrible customer service. Finally after waiting an hour they finally start my pedicure. I had to tell the woman doing my feet to scrub my calluses that I paid for the spa pedicure to remove. She repeatedly failed to remove them no matter how many times I told her that they were still there. She was painting my toes and you could still see the scratch marks in the previous whole callus that she picked at but failed to remove. It took me telling her to just "leave it" I want to leave that the manager came back to help her. It's been 1 jour and 20 mins my feet are finally done and there a crack in my toenail that's wasn't fixed.... So I wasted $58 and my time they are lucky that I'm leaving for a trip in the morning or I wouldn't left, don't waste your time or your money read more

Ive been going here 6 years plus and I will not be going back. There is no respect for appointment times. They have unexperienced people giving horrible manicures and pedicures while charging top dollar. I had a gel manicure that wasn't done properly and came off on the way home because it was still wet underneath. Very clumpy and the girl cut me several times. I was there for 3.5 hours getting a gel mani and regular pedicure. I told the owner and she told me to come back another day to fix and when I went back she was rude and dismissive. I had an appointment with another nail tech and they completely disregarded my appointment and I waited an hour and a half to have my nails redone. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this place looks fabulous, but the services are terrible. I'll start with the good stuff. The place is clean. All tools are taken from a sterile package and files and buffers are all disposable. Lots of polish color options. They play nice, relaxing music and as I mentioned, the place is beautiful. Now, onto the important stuff. I had the signature facial which wasn't terrible. However, I prefer that the person giving the facial explains the products and procedure to me. The esthetician didn't do this. She took out this red zappy wand and put it on my face. It felt like it shocked my face, which of course startled me. I asked her what it was/did and I had a very hard time understanding her. I still don't know what this electrocution device does. Now, as for the mani/pedi- awful and wayy overpriced!! The leg/foot message is non-existent (unless you pay an extra $10 on top of the $30.) The girl just rubbed lotion on. She also cut my toe with the cuticle clipper (a real pet peeve of mine.) The manicure came out like crap (see pics.) it's all bumpy and I have polish on the side of my nails. So, I have a nail place I really like, but I wanted to try this place out. I paid 10 more dollars than usual for a terrible outcome! You're basically just paying for their undoubtedly high rent and fancy decor, not for better services. read more

Awful service don't waste your money!! I loved this salon for the longest time up until 3 days ago. I've spent 140 dollars of my own money at this salon over the last 10 days. I'm 17 years old!!! I got coffin shaped sns nails on April 14th for $65 (not including the tip) and one of them broke on April 23rd. I went in that very day and decided to get a new set. I was there for 2 HOURS because the guy who did my nails somehow kept messing up the top coat. I got 5 dollars off of the 65 and not even because of the incident with the other set. When I got home I fixed The top coats myself. Today, April 25th, a nail on my current set broke while I was opening a bottle and it broke my real nail down to the nailbed. I went in AGAIN to get it fixed and they made me wait 45 minutes!! The lady with the short red hair kept squeezing my nail after I continuously told her it was broken. Was legitimately crying in pain and trying not to make a scene!!! The lady who fixed my nail didn't even try to match it up to the others and I went home and fixed it myself! I should open my own nail salon at this point from the amount of times I've had to even out and fix this nail set. Why open up a nail salon and overprice the nail tips if you can't even do them correctly? I'm disappointed and expected a lot better from this place. Never coming here again. read more
