Very nice work here but be prepared to spend a lot. I paid $35 for a gel polish change.

This is a new nail and spa spot in Long Island. My cousins suggested it since we needed to get our (cousins and I) nails and feet done, also I love to visit different nail spots. This salon is gorgeous however the price is WAY to expensive. I spent $100 to get a refilling on tips using the pink hard gel and chrome polish with a 10 minute back massage. Also it took a minute for the technician to understand what I was asking for when I wanted the chrome polish. I am glad I was able to visit this well furnished over the top nail salon but my usual nail salon only charges $45 for the same request so I will stick with them.

I asked for almond shaped and my nails were longer to begin with this was at register paying !!!

If I could leave no stars I would . Even considering the good spa pedicure done by Janet . I went to get a full in with whoever works the first chair . She kept getting up to answer the phone which happens BUT the worst was how short , even and how many times she cut me and made me bleed. I've never one left a place with out finishing them but I had too

Clean, professional, and friendly place. I recently had surgery and my nail tech was very gentle in the way she handled me and was very helpful when putting on my jacket or carrying my things. She wasn't too chatty and offered me something to drink more than once. Plus, my nails came out fantastic. She did something called SNS where the powder itself was the nail color. Prices are borderline Manhattan but well worth it to me. Will definitely be back, if not for the service alone.

My friends and I ended up trying this place after my friend's usual go-to place was super booked. It ended up being a great thing since we got to try H2O Nail Spa around the corner instead. The first thing you notice walking in is that the nail spa is super spacious. There is a big seating area in front in case there is a wait. The facility is very clean as they use disposable plastic liners to change in between customers for the pedicures. They autoclave their tools to keep them clean in between customers. I thought it was also very nice that they give their customers water. There is also a decent selection of nail polish to choose from. This time I decided to treat myself to the green tea spa pedicure package that included a mud spa wrap and massage. There are many different packages and each have a different price point. The staff was super nice and cool to chat with while getting your nails done. After we were done with our nails, they gave us a $5 gift certificate to return to use next time. The prices are on the higher end, but they did a great job.

I like this nail salon. I recently switched from another. It's very clean and quiet inside. Makes for a relaxing spa visit. I got a powder gel and pedicure the last two times I came here. Wait time varies. I would suggest always at least calling in advanced. That seems to help. The pedicures are great. They use a liner in the tub. My powder gel varies from person to person. I like my nails square but rounded on the edge. The pictures show the square but sometimes they're not as rounded as I like. Coy was the most recent woman I was able to get and she did a very good job. Some items are a little pricy but I've never had a bad experience.

Just had my second appointment. The first was a regular mani/pedi and this was a powder gel mani ($40)/regular pedi ($20) (total of $60). Sam did my powder mani and I was very impressed by how meticulous he was. Someone else did my pedi (I didn't get her name), but she was good too. The salon is very clean and relaxing, it just gets a little noisy once more customers come in because of the acoustics. The first time, I came on a Saturday and the wait was about 30mins, which I think is probably average for this salon. This time I came on a Friday @1p and was seen immediately. Would have given 5 stars, but giving 4 stars because the ladies at check out gave me a bit of a hard time when I asked to use a $5 coupon given to me by the manager my first visit because it was expired. I understand not honoring an expired coupon, but I'd think they wouldn't have given me such a hard time over $5 when I had just spent $60 (less tips). When I told them I wouldn't be back, they finally relented and honored the coupon.

10/10 would recommend! Clean and comfortable environment, very spacious and relaxing. Very professional too! Did UV Gel and gel color.

Quick, high quality service. They removed old dip powder gel quickly and cleanly. My manicure was done in under an hour including old polish removal- that's super quick for this type of manicure! But finished product looks great. Venue is also beautiful, quiet and relaxing inside.

The gel just lifted right off after a week

The first time I went to h20 I was truly pleased. Mia did a great job on my nails. I have gone back 3 times since then and each time my nails (which I have gel tips) have broken within a week. I went last Thursday. I paid $170 for new tips with gel, a spa pedicure( which was a waste) and eyebrow wax that I had to go home snd tweeze unruly hairs and go get redone someplace else two days later. The atmosphere of the place is rest but I honestly feel they aren't worth the prices they charge. I won't be back.

This place is clean and luxurious. It's a shame I didn't go here sooner. Evan gave me an excellent gel manicure and gave my mother a lovely simple manicure. I was coughing/ choking and he gave me and my mother water. Found my new nail spot! Next time I'm making an appointment because they get crowded quickly.

I went to get my nails done for Christmas and I enjoyed my experience there. The staff was very friendly and patient. My nail designs are awesome and I love the way it came out. Also this place was soooo clean and didn't smell like a typical nail salon. I will definitely go back to the salon for my nails.

I got the H2O pedicure which was a pricey 38 bucks. However the message was great. Jessica, the woman that rubbed my feet and calves did an excellent job and she did a full 10mins (she had a timer). She did a nice clean job when painting my toe nails. The utensils used were all fresh from a seal envelope. I also appreciate the not so in your face decor. Very relaxing and if it wasn't so far from my home I would def be back here.

Four workers (all the workers there) worked on my cousins nails and I had three different women work on mine. They struggled to understand what "tapered square" was and made it a weird discussion. We had to jump from chair to chair about three times to have all these different women pick up where the last woman left off. The design I chose was simple (I've been doing my nails for years now and this is one of the simplest designs I've chosen) but for some reason they still struggled to understand what to do and how to do it. Near the end, some appointments came and they began rushing. Two women began working on me at the same time. One hand in the air crossed and the other one at the woman in front of me (see picture); it was honestly a shit show. For two simple sets, my cousin and I ended leaving at 1:30 pm. 10:50 am to 1:30 pm. Come on now. They ended up charging me $120 for just my nails (never have I gotten charged that much for something so simple). And then had the audacity to laugh at the $10 tip I left after all of that. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
