The man that did man pedicure was so rough he made my toe bleed. And my manicure came out uneven and my nails were filed way to short, she didn't even ask if i wanted to keep them long. If I could give it a zero, I would. Be Cautious!! They have no respect or understanding for anyone's time. I will not be returning. I have been understanding on many occasions, but today is the straw that broke the camel's back. I made an appointment for 1:30 PM, after being told that 1:00 is too early. I drove 45 minutes to get to the salon and arrived by 1:30 PM, and there was someone still getting their nails done by Lin. I was told it would take another 20 minutes, and I advised Diamond that I have a meeting at 2:30 and I had to leave by then. 50 minutes later... at 2:20, Lin was still not done with the previous client. I told Diamond that I had to leave at 2:30 and that I'd come back but to make sure she's available by 3. Diamond said Lin couldn't take me then, as she had to leave. I have told Diamond on multiple occasions in the past that I drive to their salon from a distance, and this is completely inconsiderate. They don't care at all for their clients. read more

I was here twice back in 2017. I did decide to give them another chance because the last time I was there (bad experience) was years ago. Well looks like nothings changed! I came back in tonight for my trip in a few days. I had a 4:30 appointment and didn't leave until 7:06. When I first arrived I had to wait 10 minutes (which I was fine with). Then my pedicure started. Everything was fine until just before my toes were painted, the nail tech told me she'd be back in 5 minutes. Again I was fine with that until I looked over and she was doing another girls nails. I waited 10 minutes until I looked over at her. I didn't even say anything, all I did was look at her and the nail tech caught my drift. A minute later another nail tech came over. She started painting my toes the wrong color. She fixed it. Then when I was finished I got up and she didn't tell me where to go or anything. Everyone in that salon ignored that I was standing in the middle of the salon waiting to be told where to go. After several minutes I finally asked the woman who finished my toes. She said, "Ask her." meaning the owner. I asked her and she nonchalantly told me to "just wait". Like seriously? Between before my pedicure and after it I already waited a half hour WITH an appointment. I then had to CANCEL the dinner plans I made with my friend because the salon made me wait so long. When they heard me on the phone conviently enough someone took me for my nails. Half way through my manicure the nail tech accidentally knocked over my phone onto the floor. I didn't mind until she had the audacity to LAUGH after she did it. I was annoyed as hell. I didn't do or say anything. When I was finally finished at 7:06 (my appointment was 4:30 they started me at 4:45-4:50) the owner didn't even have the decency to apologize. She just said, "Bye thank you." like nothing ever happened. That was the last straw for me. Absolutely no class or customer service. I'm no longer giving this place my business. Omg the nasty lin did my nail for alma year. I tipped very well. She lied to the owner telling her I hated purple. I said no such thing she put a color blue on my nails maybe she was colorblind thinking that it was purple and I thought maybe it looked OK so I left it and she said do you like it I said well not really it's not the color purple but it's OK she said you told me you know like purple I said I told you no such thing I love purple she obviously is color blind and she went on and onto the owner that I insisted that I hated purple I will never go back there again nasty as shit read more

Not too long of a wait, the people are very friendly and very funny. Their personalities are as bright and unique as their nail designs. A friend of mine recommended me and now I recommend all of you The only thing that is slightly annoying is that if you pay with card they charge a two dollar fee but otherwise I have nothing negative to say about this place . read more

She got about 25 phone calls which she had to attend and mark in the appointment book. And did a horrible job on my nails which I have attached pics. They are not even. Didn't polish the tips. I was a little shocked to see all the negative reviews on here. I found this nail salon after mine closed and have been coming for a few months now. While yes, the wait can be a little long you can tell they take their time doing their work. I have never left with a complaint. Every person I've had work on my nails has been a pleasure. The prices too are great. My old salon I was always charged an arm and a leg but here I was pleasantly surprised to get so much done for such a great price- designs, stickers, diamonds it's always been reasonably priced. They also have an entire wall of all different products for designs they can do anything you want! Their work is good, but you have to wait at least 30-60 minutes EVEN with an appointment. I've been here 4 times. The first two times I had to wait at least 20 minutes, but they did a good job so I went back again. The last two times I went, I called with an appointment and still had to wait over half an hour and still no one was available so I ended up leaving on two separate occasions without my nails done. Unfortunately, I have to give FASHION NAILS II in (Gardiners Avenue) Levittown, NY 1 star. I was praying that I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not the case when rating a review. Since I've been supporting this place for about 3 yrs, I will say they have two people who do a wonderful job on nails: MICKEY and DIAMOND. Mickey is welcoming and makes the customers feel comfortable. Mickey gives you exactly what you desire and has ideal customer service skills. I have noticed Diamond pushing the brown people off on Mickey like she doesn't want to do their nails. She has done it to me on plenty of occasions. She has been scheduled to work on my nails on plenty instances but will turn and state something in her language and then push me off to someone else. I have seen it every time I enter this establishment to others as well. One day I was in her chair (she had no choice) and a caucasian woman walked in, Diamond told me to get up and let her do this woman's nails because she had an appointment. BS! She was already doing my nails!!!!! The audacity! She pushed me off on Mickey, and I vowed she would never touch me again. I won't say she has never taken a brown person in her chair but that's if she has no choice. It's very disheartening that in this day and age people are still RACIST. Especially with the chaos going on in the world. I would not state it if it weren't so. The wait time is forever even if an appointment was scheduled. They have no regard for time. Unbelievable. Honestly and sadly, it's all about the dollar. They could care less that you support their business consistently. Start doing business for yourself (DIY) or support people who appreciate you!
