I requested a quote on Yelp for a small plumbing job. PVC pipe became loose, the sink was making a thudding noise and they spray hose needed to be replaced. H2O piping was the first to respond. He provided a time on the same day and fixed the entire issue in less than 1/2 hour. The entire sink faucet and hose was replaced and plumbers glue applied to the PVC pipe securely and tested. Quote: Showed up on time to give me a quote. Wore a mask. Pleasant guy. His quote was competitive with another quote i got from a yelp plumber. I gave him the job Day of Job: He said he would arrive at 9 on Wednesday. He showed up to my house 2hrs late. He texted to let me know he was running late at 8:30. I texted him at 9:30 to inquire about his ETA, he said he would arrive at 10. He got to my house at 11. He set up the job and started working. 10 minutes in, he tells me he has the wrong part and that he needs to go get the correct part. This was frustrating since my ceiling was open when he gave me the quote. The short story here is that he is unable to get the part - he tells me that he will return on saturday at 9am. The next day: I text him to confirm saturday 9am on Thursday at the end of the day. He confirms. Saturday: He does not respond to texts or phone calls at all. He does not show This was unprofessional and an absolute waste of my time. He damaged a temporary fix I had in place by removing and partially reinstalling my toilet on wednesday, which meant that no one in my family could use that toilet again for several days. Do not use this guy. I hired him to install a water heater. He left me without an exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe he installed with tape, fell apart, so I have no exhaust pipe. I can not turn on the water heater with the pipe because it fills my house with exhaust, and he installed a defective water heater that will not state lit, so I have no hot water. The next day I called him and he said he was busy and would come by tommorow. I never heard from him. He would not answer my text or calls. Also, he said he would email me the receipt and I never received it.
