Mind you, they continued to collect the revenue even though they stopped our scheduled deliveries. We are a small business and do our best to keep up with the schedule. The only problem is that we can't drink the water fast enough for their minimum delivery schedule. They argue by email and are completely disrespectful. We are moving back to Crystal Springs who will accommodate a lower minimum schedule and don't send us harassing emails when we don't have bottles to put out. When I asked to cancel our office delivery service they punitively canceled our home service also. This was despite the fact that there were rarely any instances of us not having bottles out in the several years that we had the service. Everyone at the store seems very casual about the fact that they sold us a 12k tub that doesn't work and there is no urgency to get it fixed. We called last Friday to talk to a manager about returning it because it seems they sold us a lemon and they have not returned my call. My husband called today to also inquire and did not receive a return call. Everyone is very nice but there is no follow through and it seems like their only concern is getting you to buy a tub and don't seem that worried about the fact that they are selling products that don't work.
