I wanted to write this review to help create some positive feedback for this business. We have had…read moretheir service for over two years now and I was hesitant due to some of the reviews. First off I want to say the water is fantastic, I did a lot of research and this was the only company I could find that offers locally sourced spring water. Reading the reviews it seems the biggest complaints are missing deliveries and customer service. In the entire time we have had their service they have never missed a delivery. The schedule is very clear and I was easily able to add it to my calendar on my phone and create reminders to tell me when to put out the bottles. As for their customer service, every time I have had to call which was only twice they were pleasant and took care of all my needs. The last time I called was to get an extra bottle in the middle of my delivery month, they took care of it right away and had it delivered within a day or two. Overall I would definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting great tasting water delivered their home for a great price. That is another thing the price is amazing, their price delivered was less than what I could get from the company through Costco which only offers filtered tap water. Again fully recommend this company

I second what others are saying here. I would not recommend Primo to anyone. Billing is…read moreinconsistent, communication is poor, it's impossible to get a hold of an actual human to discuss any concerns.

More like 4.5 stars…read more I would definitely call these people again. Located in Bonney Lake, they trucked water to our archaeological site in the south end of Seattle: every two days. When we discovered that we needed a larger water buffalo, they quickly and efficiently changed our contract. They guided us on our needs, and they were friendly the entire time. Why not 5 stars if they were so great? It might actually have to do with the nature of our project. Their pump needed a lot of continual fixing. However, I think that we probably should have used more industrial strength equipment, as opposed to a standard water buffalo with pump. Other archaeologists have informed me that they often have several spare pumps on site due to their continuous, daily, all-day use. Considering, their pump may have actually worked pretty well. Definitely call these guys if you need a water buffalo. They offer a wide variety, are extremely flexible, and really offer great service.

I had to reschedule our first appointment due to some difficulty with getting our pool assembled properly. The woman I spoke with to schedule deliver was very understanding, accommodating and friendly (from beginning -to -end!). The delivery was punctual and the driver was friendly and professional. We will definitely use their services again!

We hired Pacific Asphalt, owned by James Aaron Mesker, to install a brand-new driveway for $11,000,…read moreand the experience has been a complete disappointment. Within just six months, the asphalt began cracking, separating, and breaking apart. There are now large divots, dips, and uneven areas throughout the driveway, and several sections collect water that never did prior to their installation. After these problems started, James ignored us for weeks on end, refusing to return our calls or address the issues under the warranty. When he finally sent someone out, the worker admitted that he normally doesn't even do patch jobs. Unsurprisingly, the result was a sloppy patch job -- and mind you, we paid for a new, seamless driveway and are now left with uneven, patchy areas right at the front of our residence that still collect water. Despite their 10-year warranty, our repeated attempts to reach James have gone unanswered. The company has completely ghosted us and failed to take any responsibility for the poor workmanship. We paid for a brand-new, high-quality driveway and were left with a deteriorating, uneven mess. We've since had several reputable asphalt companies inspect the driveway, and each one confirmed that Pacific Asphalt did substandard work that does not meet professional standards. Every contractor told us the only real solution is to tear out and replace the entire driveway, meaning we'll have to pay again to fix their mistakes. To make matters worse, other asphalt professionals informed us that we're not the only ones dealing with these same issues from Pacific Asphalt and that the same owner, James Aaron Mesker, also operates Black Rock Paving in Texas -- a company with similar complaints and bad reviews. Because Pacific Asphalt has failed to honor their warranty or take responsibility, we are now pursuing legal action to recover our losses. This company makes big promises, pressures you with "neighborhood specials," and then disappears after the job is done. Do not hire Pacific Asphalt -- they do not stand behind their work, their warranty, or their word.

He promised great work with guarantee and follow up Completed job left the area fairly clean except a few water bottles scattered by the crew. However, within a few weeks weeds came up on edges. I texted and sent photos right away to Mr. Hauler and he said would come and check it out in the next few days. He never did... so I called and spoke with him. Again he said would check things out. Again he never did So all I can assume is either the chemical weed repellent was not placed or sephslt too thin to keep this from happening. So they promise good work but do not stand behind it
