No warning, no "final notice," nothing. Then our delivery was simply skipped. When we called to ask why, the manager blamed us and said, "It's in the terms and conditions," instead of acknowledging their lack of clear communication. For a loyal customer of 7+ years, this was not only unprofessional, it was disrespectful. When I pushed for a solution, he said he was "more than happy to start the disconnection process." A company that treats long-term customers this way -- hiding behind T&Cs instead of communicating clearly -- doesn't deserve our business. If you depend on reliable delivery or respectful customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I informed him I installed it and you made $271 from me for 1 hour that didn't solve my problem. Ed and Matt examined what was there, found a few little leaks, put some new fittings on here and there, made some adjustments to the jet pump and BOOM - I have water pumping into my house again! They were very friendly (and funny), right on time and made sure the whole system was running right.
