Update: I received a private message from this company on yelp threatening legal action for leaving them a yelp review. Anyone considering using this business should be aware that they have reportedly threatened to sue customers for leaving negative Yelp reviews. This is an extremely aggressive tactic, and it demonstrates a lack of respect for customer opinions. The fact that this company resorts to legal threats over critical reviews is incredibly telling. I wonder how many customers have deleted their comments for fear of retaliation. It's a warning to anyone considering doing business with them.

The owner never offered any discount or anything to address this issue. When I insisted he send a larger vehicle he said it would be a 2 hour wait and the wait time would be part of my 4 hour rental. We told him we wanted to book it Gabriel said he would hold it for us throughout Monday. We sent him the $ early next morning on Tuesday (keep in mind these are teens), we texted him to confirm no reply, called him a few times, and he finally answered just to tell us that he did receive the deposit however that the party bus had already been booked since Saturday, we told him why would he had told us then on Sunday that the bus was available, he apologized and told us that he instead had a hummer available if we wanted that but if not he would send us our deposit back. We spoke with the rest of group and at some point we were ok to the hummer but at the end of the day some of our group were not happy. When we told Gabriel we would do the hummer he sent us a contract and tried to make us sign it but by that time some of the group already wanted their $ back instead. We reached out to Gabriel Martinez Thursday morning asking him to please send us our deposit back we weren't going to book the service after all and he refused to give us our deposit back, arguing that the deposit is non-refundable even though he never told us that and even though he had agreed at some point to give us our deposit back and even though the deposit was sent to him for the party bus not the hummer. Keep in mind all this happened with no contract for the party bus, just with us trusting him as a reliable business. Diamond Party Bus by Gabriel is not a reliable business, if I could I would give him a negative 5 stars, please stay away from them do not waste your time and money!

They arrived on time but only then informed as they were arriving the limo's ac was not working nor was any of the power. It was a super hot day and 9 of us so you could imagine our concern. One of the passengers was pregnant and was feeling nauseous. They pretty much told us you can ride and they would only discount the deposit $105 and I would still owe $405 for round trip without ac to and from LA when I'm in OC (over an hour). This was for my birthday celebration... we had made sip and paint reservations for 5:30 pm... at this point had no time to find other transportation. While they tried to see if they could fix their ac/power issue and all back and forth about any other possible options... we asked if they can send another of their limos but they said that was not an option. Long story short we arrived over 40 mins late and missed out on the sip and paint experience of which we paid over $1,000 for the group. At the end we ended up hiring a luxury van to take us back home and canceled the limo, after they took $305 from me for what was the worst ride imaginable. Given that you previously were accommodated for time. 2nd your bus was dirty. You didn't clean up from your previous pick/drop off. I later found out that there was booze left behind. 3rd it was not the same bus I was shown, how old are your photos and video. VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS "COMPANY" If you couldn't handle this pick up drop off you should not accepted the job.
