Booked a 38-passenger party bus with two poles for a fun Christmas bar crawl with friends, with a stop in Little Tokyo and Pasadena, and Miguel was very helpful and responsive with answering all of my meticulous questions! He collected all of the info and deposit for the contract, and called me the day before to reconfirm all of the travel details. Our driver, Jorge, was really great too. Who ever posted good reviews on this guys page must be related to him. Worst experience ever. Guy forgot about my event even though I had given him a deposit and detailed information weeks prior. He got there over 1 hour late. Completely ruined one of my stops. Miguel switched drivers just for the other person to tell me this guy more than doubled my rate. Are you kidding me!! I was at the location and had no choice but to pay him. My fault for not getting a proper pricing and written confirmation on everything. This has got to be the worst Service company ever, ladies do not rent from here!!! On March 18, 2021 a few friends and I rented a party bus from this company and our Drivers name was "Robert" older man short and dark haired Hispanic rusty raspy kind of voice. Well the drive there was pleasant but after we had gotten to our destination and having had a few drinks . I went back to the bus to wait for the girls and I had lied down. After a few minutes I hear the door open and Roberts voice saying how beautiful I was and he began to feel on me groping and rubbing my bottom and in between my legs. He done this several times. I felt so paralyzed I could not move. I was violated I felt ashamed scared and alone. My friend called complaining to the manager nothing was done about this. Not a follow up, nothing!!! That same night I made a police report. This man should be fired!!!! Who knows how many times he has done this and how far he went And has gotten away with it. I don't wish this on anyone.
