I absolutely love Lynn not only does she do beautiful work she takes the time to help you with suggestions of colors for your skin tone and nail shapes that compliment your hands. She remembers each client and things they've talked about so it feels more like you're catching up with a good girlfriend. They work hard to get you in and out of there if you're in a rush not compromising on the quality of the job. They offer a wide variety of colors. I'm confused at the negative review about pricing as it is clearly offered to you on the menu they give you and are more than happy to answer any questions. They make sure to show you the shape and color after the first nail and ask you if it's what you want. I have not had one bad experience in this salon and every nail tech in there has done my nails. Based on what I came with, I had a good experience. I needed some serious work done on my nails due to a pitiful job done at another salon. I was greeted and only had to wait about 5 minutes considering it was a Friday afternoon. Lien (sp) took the time to talk to me about the health of my nails and listened to my concerns before making a suggestion for me. She didn't force anything on me like they do at most salons. I quickly looked on Instagram and found something I liked. I showed her the pic and made a revision and she was attentive and quick. While I was getting my nails soaked off, I watched them wash each utensil they used before placing them in the "box thing" that sanitizes them. That's a plus. I'm giving 4 stars because it's pretty tight in there so it doesn't give that relaxed vibe that I really appreciate, but I'm pleased by the friendliness of the staff, pricing, and the finished job. This was the worst nail service I ever had. I came in to get powder nails and wanted a green Christmas color design on my nails. The lady doing my nails said to do gel nails because they did not have colors for dip powder. The store owner took over for designing my nails and they-came out so bad, and they looked so cheap looking. so I was honest telling her I didn't like them and did not want to leave with my nails looking a piece of shit. She really did not care and was upset that I wanted her to take the polish off but she would not re do my nails even a basic color. I feel so stupid to have even insisted pay because I know I wasted her time but she told me to go somewhere else next time if I want any color done to my nails. I honestly started crying because I never been so disrespected by someone giving them business. I could of refused to pay and been all nasty but I was not at all!!! I even feel worse that I insisted to pay for them and yet still having to pay someone else to redo them. Came on a whim for a full set before the holidays. What a mistake. $30 (acrylic with a French tip) and there is still some of my old polish left on my nail and around the cuticle. Per my wife- went there for the second time to get a French gel manicure. 1st time was mediocre but the place was clean so I thought I'd give it another chance. This time was much worse, started out with one girl who was not friendly but started to do a decent job. After two nail tips painted she left and another tech took over. The rest was downhill. Nails are sloppy, crooked and the nail tech talked on the phone for the entire second half of the manicure and continued to talk even up to me paying. Very unprofessional! Two co workers and I have come here three times for pedicures to give it the benefit of the doubt. It is also close to our work so it is convenient. They have not done a good job all three times. Once they didn't paint the edges of any of my nails. This time I didn't even get a chance to get a pedicure. We told them three, they said to all come back and didn't put water in mine or say anything about it. I don't mind waiting but 40 minutes later, I just put my shoes back on and went to sit with them to dry their nails. They never said anything about me sitting in an empty pedi chair beside my friends. One of the girls paid extra for the caucus scrub and they didn't do it. She had to ask and they half asses it at the end. The second time I was in, they had an inspector in and we're all running around throwing stuff away behind her back. There are very few amazing, 5-star nail salons out there, but Ha V is just shy of the mark. They are friendly and thorough, and they have given me very relaxing pedicures both times I've come. Great nail polish selection, always plenty of staff on hand to help with your nail emergency, and they're in a good shopping center for wandering around post-pedi while you wait for your toes to fully dry. read more

I've been here three times now and love it every time. Feeling relaxed and happy with their work. My first time was getting the gel/no chip manicure (french) and pedicure. I was very happy that they carry a lot of OPI colors and they wrap your hands in a heat wrap after they've removed polish and cleaned your nails. They use the heat wraps every time you get a manicure, which is such a treat. All three manicures that I've had were very clean and tidy that there are no sloppy sides or polish under the nail. The pedicures are always great and the chairs massage both back and butt and recline to fully relax. They offer different types of pedicures, which I have yet to try. I've had my eyebrow waxing done here too and it's a great price along with great service. Overall, I've very please with the service and employees that actually interact with you rather than talk to each other all day. I've never made an appointment, walked right in and maybe waited 10 minutes (but that could just be luck). read more

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I really couldn't think of a worse manicure and nearly every step was messed up in one way or another. I came in for an SNS manicure. Firstly, they hardly have any colors to choose from. She started by drilling the color off my nails, which is not how the polish should be removed according to SNS. She did not get the entire original color I had on off of my nails. There was still a lot of glue left on my nails and even spots of dark polish (and I was switching to a light color so this was frustrating). She then cleaned up my cuticles with the cuticle clippers and actually cut into my skin. I have cuts along my cuticles that are now very painful. My nails were not filed straight at all. She rushed through my nails without much care or consideration. Then she put a GEL topcoat on my nails, of which she did incredibly sloppily and did not even cover my entire nail on most of my nails. She set the polish with UV light which is NOT necessary with SNS. My nails are crooked, the top coat is unfinished, and extremely bumpy. The nail tech was on her cellphone the entire time during my manicure and it is apparent she was more concerned with her phone than my business. I am incredibly disappointed. It is clear that this salon tries to cut corners in many different ways. Definitely a waste of your money at this salon. There are so many other great salons in the area that I highly recommend avoiding this place! read more

I went to this place for a manicure and the nail tech I had was terrible. She painted my nails and did not go close to my cuticle leaving huge gaps to where if I didn't complain I would look like I needed a manicure after she was done. I went here for a relaxing pedicure. I had gel-nail polish on my toes already. I asked to have the gel nail polish removed. From my experience, the removal process is always the same: They soak a cotton balls in acetone, apply them to the individual nails and wrap it in foil and let it sit for 20 minutes and remove it with a wooden slanted tool, in a scraping fashion. I am not sure if my nail tech was in a hurry, or what. But she wet ONE Cotton ball and pulled it long ways across my toes for each foot. Then let it sit for maybe five minutes, then proceeded to take nail clippers and RIP The paint off, taking my nails with it! At the time I pushed thru, it was painful. I was assuming this was going to be fine, that maybe this was a new or different method. Then she quickly painted over them and I was on my way. A few DAYS later, I took off the paint cause my nails started CHIPPING/peeling the paint off and I was experiencing tenderness. Then to my surprise my nails are in horrible condition, one even has a bruise. I will never go back again. read more

I questioned them and pointed out the prices to them, they gave me some song and dance about charging for polish removal because I had not had the polish done by them previously?? Went in to get a full set of gel nails and a pedicure. Pedicure was horrible, nails were not shaped or polished properly, while leg and foot massage was nonexistent. Staff is not very friendly and often have attitudes. While getting my nails applied i witnessed the manager treat another customer very poorly. The customer was not pleased with here services so she attempted to talk to the manager about it. The manager walked away while she was explaining and just ignored her. The manager then continued her disrespect by laughing and talking about the client to other customers and workers right in front of her. I was in shock and will not be returning to this salon. I will never go back to this place. First, I walked in and did not have an appointment. I was asked what I wanted and I said a mani/pedi. I was told to pick out my color. I said I wanted both done french. I was told to go to the first pedi station. I was not greeted in a friendly manner by anyone. The pedi technician did not speak to me once and I was not on my phone or looking at a magazine. The pedi tech cut my toe 3 times to the point it was bleeding. Usually when I get french done I am asked if I want it thin, thick, or if I like what they did. I was not asked. The massage and scrub part were half-assed. I was not asked if I wanted anything to drink. After the pedi part was done the pedi tech pointed and told me to "go up there." She began doing a manicure and then another girl came over and took over. The manicure was supposed to involve a hand massage, but the "massage" was also half-assed and lasted a whole 15 seconds. I paid $65 for a french gel mani and pedi, and every other place that I go to offers me something to drink and the hand, arm, foot, and leg massages are good, if not great. I feel like I was not valued as a customer and I didn't get what I paid for. I left very disappointed. Not even a week later the pedi polish chipped and my pedis usually last a month or more. The gel polish is peeling up at the bottom and snagging on my hair and clothes. For $65 I feel I got ripped off. I didn't enjoy any minute of it and I feel like I should have. read more
