She really had her work cut out for her with us and she handled everything with more grace and understanding than most of us would tolerate trying to manage so many units and the bs that comes with it. We recently lost our apartment and we're living out of our black box truck right now, trying to move and keep all our things that mean a lot to us. It took us forever to get settled and honestly we know we can be a handful. We stay too late sometimes, trying to get things finished and we've even gotten injured a few times along the way trying to rush. It's been hard. I really wish we were able to continue storing our stuff here but unfortunately we're kind of big nuisances with how much stuff we have and how long it takes us to get through everything. Even with all that, Mary Helen kept her grace the whole time and treated us with compassion. This isn't a fake review or a sob story, it's real. For all the storages we've ever been to, this was the most positive experience because of her. She was patient, kind, and truly understanding. And as a side note, Mike who works there too, was always very pleasant and never made me feel like the nuisance we are. Both of them really went above and beyond for us and I won't forget that. The unit was infested with rats.. Spoke with management for months, the infestation kept getting…read moreworse. Rat traps were put inside the unit did not help. The entire building has rat droppings and puddles of rat pee on the floor. All the items in the unit are ruined. Furniture chewed on, plastic containers chewed through, cardboard boxes had nests inside of them. As we are cleaning out the unit, one of the boxes had a rat inside of it.

So the spark plug hard boot coil wire had cracked. I ordered the new parts from Harbor Freight, and Felipe C assured me they can change the coil pack, spark plug and coil wire. I dropped off the unit and the parts. It took a couple of days, and Felipe C told me that all the extra work did not to be done. The new coil wire boot was the only thing that needed to be changed. So the repair was done with the parts I provided (Harbor Freight $24) . So out the door the repair was only $34/ $41 dollars because I bought a new NGK spark plug. Nice experience, with no useless work, or fake "upselling". Thanks also to the small engine technician who fixed the generator. From this experience I would go again and recommend.
