    Chris was super rude & racist when I waited an hour for the car and gave a sarcastic "have a nice day~!" in the end.

    Ivan is very rude and made the entire process more difficult than it needed to be. 0/10. Terrible customer service. Smug attitude.

    I want to preface by saying that the only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because the front…read moredesk staff were so kind and accommodating. However, the vehicles offered at this location are so poorly maintained. I had to go back and arrange a replacement twice. The first vehicle I received I was informed only had a quarter tank of gas. I only had to return it with no less than a quarter tank so this wasn't a big deal. However, when I got in the car it WREAKED of marijuana & cigarettes. I went back into the office to have this noted so that I wasn't charged (I tried to be graceful and figured the smell would fade). After I realized the stench was penetrating my clothes I called the office to arrange a replacement in which they were more than happy to do. After retrieving the replacement vehicle and driving off, I immediately noticed mechanical issues (engine working extremely hard, brakes sticking). I had to deal with this for the day since I had to get to work. I took the car back the next morning and made staff aware of this issue. Again, they were happy to replace the vehicle. However, this 3rd vehicle only had a half tank of gas which I was not informed about. It's also important to note that not one single vehicle that I was given had been cleaned/detailed. And these vehicles are labeled as 2025 models which they most certainly are not. This has been a really frustrating process as I will need this vehicle for the next month. Hertz vehicular staff is clearly not doing their job.

On top of the fake rates over the phone she assured us a military discount. All BS. Mike helped us out and honored the rates Leah had given us over the phone because of the inconvenience. After the rates issue and 2 hours of waiting we finally get to see what car we get. OMFG. Old 2000's Hyundai Sonata, stains on the seats, smelled, dents and scratches on the car and the gas door wouldn't close. Mike apologized and told us to come back Sunday to get a better car. We arrive Sunday and Leah helps us, she tells us to be there at 12 and she arrives at 1230. The "better" car smelled like cigarettes and it had dog hair ALL over the seats and to top it off it had an empty tank. (Not to mention it was Leah's car) When we went to return the car the phones were ringing and Mike says "are your phones ringing" and some lady says OUR phones -_- and Leah ends up answering the phones WHILE shes helping us because the other lady didnt want to. We paid almost 200 for 2 days, my sister paid 100 for 4 days at another place with a clean car. This place needs a lot of work and the employees (leah, and some lady with glasses) need to be replaced with people that ACTUALLY want to work, no excuses and that are ACTUALLY on time for their appointments.
