Excellent customer service great cars that are always very clean. Don't go anywhere else to rent a vehicle

I made a reservation here because the upland branch did not have any available vehicles. The salesperson was more than helpful and suggested I call over to the Indian hill branch which I did and the woman said she had availability of cars to rent. This is after a previous nightmare the previous nite with Hertz at LAX, but that's a different story. Anyway I take an Uber there and this woman Anicia is at the desk and I walk in and tell her who I am and that I'm the one that just called for a reservation. I'm trying to have a conversation with this girl and the phone is ringing off the hook, like 30 rings, so she just talks over it and I ask her " is someone gonna answer the phone?" she starts giving me, the customer attitude instead of putting them on hold she yells " SIR, IM WAITING ON YOU NOW !" What a little bitch! So she goes " well you'll just have to wait for a car to come in !" I told her that's why I called over cause you said you had a car available. She ignores me and walks off and helps about four other customers then she comes in after about 30 minutes and says " well the car I was gonna give you needs an oil change so I guess you're just gonna have to go somewhere else." Completely out of spite because I dared challenge her. Not only am I not gonna deal with Enterprise anymore I'll be speaking to her boss about her shitty attitude. I strongly warn customers to stay away from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at The manager, George Rivera, was incredibly rude, condescending, and even mocked me when I questioned why new walk-ins were prioritized over us. Despite having waited, he helped other companies, like Caliber Collision who didn't have reservations, before us. Even as we left, he followed us outside, continued to mock us, and falsely accused us of threatening him. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Do not go to this location. What is the point of calling a day ahead and requesting a vehicle if your not going to reserve and have the vehicle ready. Poor customer service. The manager Jorge should not offer vehicle options if you don't hold the vehicle. This is an insurance claim rental so I was not going to cancel. Going with Hurts next time. read more

The car pick up at the airport was terrific. Dropping off at the Indian hill location was terrible. There were 5 people waiting to be helped with either a return or pickup. Only one employee was working, washing cars, taking phone calls. If they are making appointments for customers then they should schedule workers accordingly. read more

Went for a pickup rental. Outdated inventory. 2nd time this happened to me. Asked for any other vehicle they said they didn't have any.

They picked me up from the repair shop and offered to pick up the car when my car was done. Everyone very friendly and professional.

I had a frustrating experience at this Enterprise location, mainly due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager, Adrian (the branch manager). I had booked a Toyota Corolla (specifically to avoid models like the Mirage or Versa), and before heading over, I even called to confirm that the car would be available. I was told there were "plenty of cars" and that I'd be taken care of. When I arrived (only 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time), I was told the only cars available were two Mirages. When I asked about a Camry on the lot--clearly a similar class vehicle--I was told that was an "upgrade" and not available to me. When I reminded him I paid for a Corolla or something similar, he responded with unnecessary attitude and said, "Well, you can walk out then." I had already paid, Ubered to the location, and had no other transportation, so this was incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. Eventually, after I sat and waited, he reluctantly gave me a Corolla--but without hubcaps. Then today, when I returned the car, he could tell I was upset and asked about the service. I was honest: I told him he wasn't helpful. Only then did he offer me a free upgrade next time, which frankly just confirmed that he could have helped me more the first time and chose not to. On the other hand, I want to give major credit to Lorance, who was kind, respectful, and very helpful when explaining the car and going over the return process. He was the only redeeming part of this experience and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, due to the treatment I received from the manager, I won't be returning to this location. read more

Sam and Amanda were both friendly and helpful when I came in a week ago to rent a car while mine was in the shop for repairs. The day after Labor Day around 9:30 a.m. the parking lot was FULL of possibilities, and Sam immediately offered me their newest car, a Nissan Rogue with all the fancy accessories like CarPlay and alarms when you get too close to objects, warning lights on the side mirrors when a car is in your blind spot etc--it was so fun to drive. Good communication from Enterprise the day after through text message -- offering answers to questions etc. I was able to use that messaging to let them know when I left work early today and was ETA 4:45 when their closing time is 5. Luckily made it in time and was helped again by Sam with a smile on her face and no sense of rush. I would rent from this place again because of the excellent customer service! read more

Way too much hassle to rent a car, definitely not coming back. I had made a reservation to rent a car and they called me the day of the reservation letting me know that if I wanted to pay with a debit car then they would have to verify my address with a utility bill which is irrelevant and inconvenient considering the fact that I have a mailing address that is linked to my debit card but not a permanent residence. They said if I could pay with credit card then I wouldn't need to provide any documentation but I do not have a credit card. It is only debit card where they would need a utility bill or a pay stub like what???? I ended up renting a car from "Turo" last minute since enterprise told me all this last minute. I unfortunately did not have any of those irrelevant documents. Renting from Turo was way easier, I got to pay with my debit card and just had to show a valid drivers license of course. With Turo there was no headache, last minute communication or requirement of other unnecessary documents needed to rent a car. read more

I had a car reservation for pick up in the morning. I wasn't able to get it at that time. I arrived in the afternoon for them to have given my reservation away. No courtesy call to verify if I still needed the car. Supposedly they called me yesterday to confirm and left a voicemail. I checked my call log. False. Then the story changes to we called the day before. I checked my call log. Again false. The story changes yet again. Yeaaaaa. That already tells you everything you need to know about this place. I will say Marcelo tried finding me a rental elsewhere but was unable because of the holidays. I had to settle for a smaller car someone else was returned while I was there. read more

I've rented from this location several times and not all have been pleasant. Every time I go in to get a vehicle I'm thinking they must get training from the DMV. However this time when I entered I met with Brittney she was very pleasant and apologized because she had issues with the customer ahead of me. I reserved a full size SUV and surprisingly she had one available and ready to go, kinda. The vehicle had not been cleaned and Brittney tried to the best she could to clean it out. She then offered to reimburse me if I got it detailed. Upon returning the vehicle very easy check in quick and easy Samantha. While waiting inside for an Uber, Brittney told me she would get me a ride from one of the associates. That saved me some Uber cash. Next time I rent from this Enterprise I hope for one, if not both of you are there again. read more

This enterprise location is one of the best. I rent a lot of cars, i own a collision center and deal with a lot of different rental companies, this one is by far the best operated one. Special thanks to Jordan. Takes great care of all of my clients, goes the extra mile to address their questions and concerns. Makes everyone feel like they're more than just a customer. When they tell us they will be there in 15 minutes, it's actually 15 minutes. And when they aren't able to, they tell us straight up so my clients know what to expect. Today Sam helped me out. She was the only one there so to say they were understaffed is not an exaggeration. However, she handled everyone prior to my arrival which was about 3 reservations and was able to get everyone checked in and helped out in a quick, efficient and extremely professional manner. Rental services can be hit or miss but today, she exceeded my expectations with her service and professionalism. We visited on June 30th with a car rental through Geico. We tried to call them to ask if they had any inventory but unfortunately they were not answering their phone. I also called Chino Hills and Walnut locations to see if they had inventory. Both locations said they had low inventory. In the end we decided to go with Indian Hill since it is the closest location and they told us we could rent at any location either way. When we arrived, they told my fiancé they only had pickup truck available and that because the pickup truck's rate was higher than the rate of coverage, he would have to pay the difference. After he came outside he told me that he had to pay the difference, I told him that's not right. Just because THEY don't have the inventory of cars he should not be responsible for them not having a car within that range. I called to get more details. I spoke to Tony after a couple times trying to call and no answer. I asked him what the reason was that the customer had to pay the difference from an unavailable car. He immediately said, "well your husband agreed to pay!" And I told him that he didn't have a choice that was the only vehicle available. He said, "well why did you come here? You didn't have to rent a car here!" And I was shocked at his response and I told him this was the nearest enterprise. He asked why we didn't call first to check inventory. I told him we tried to but they were not answering. I told him that it wasn't right that he was expecting the customer to pay the difference just because he didn't have inventory. I told him there could have been a different option. I asked for a manager, he said he was the branch manager and there were no other options. I told him it wasn't our fault there were no other cars and he could have worked with us... he proceeded to make a gesture sound of annoyance and I heard him hang up the phone! I called them back 2xs and it would go to voice-mail. That was extremely rude and unprofessional of Tony, the branch manager. No, I do not recommend this Enterprise location. This is not the first time I've had a problem. I'm still waiting for the call back from corporate. read more

I love this place very honestly. I just college student don't know much of renting car with insurance. They take time explaining how rental works. This wasn't my first time coming for Enterprise. Last time I got scammed a lot because they don't go always around car explaining what to look for. I told them that I don't like driving Chevrolet and Dodge car. They willing assist with my needs. When I got my rental car, I love this co-worker (Vanessa) has good Attitude, behavior and character. She's very detailing explain about what to look for about a dent and a scratch. In addition, She great at upselling, asking if I want/ planning buying a new car. To be honest. I kinda move/think about buying my own car. read more

I came to this location as it was the closest Enterprise to the body shop I took my car to, and the one I was originally supposed to go to only had pick up trucks available anyway so I decided to come here. Tony and Josh were the ones who helped me, and they were nice enough while I was there. My rental was set up through Geico and when I arrived, they informed me that they also only had trucks available and that since Geico only covered up to a certain amount, I would have to pay the difference which came out to between $11 and $12 per day. At first I figured, well it is what it is, since multiple locations only had trucks to rent and I didn't have time to spend searching every location in the area for something smaller, so I went ahead with the rental. Afterwards, my fiancée rightfully pointed out that they shouldn't have charged me the difference per day, as it was no fault of mine that they were short on inventory. So she called them just to get some clarification on why that wasn't the case, and she said she spoke to Tony, who was very rude and even hung up on her and wouldn't answer the phone when she tried to call back! That is beyond horrible customer service, which Enterprise supposedly prides themselves on. I understand that I agreed to the rental, and that's fine. I have no problem accepting that. But when you are blatantly rude to someone who is just looking for clarification, especially when that person is my fiancée, then I have a problem with that. I'll be placing a call to their corporate number about Tony's unacceptable behavior and customer service. read more

I definitely would not recommend this enterprise to anybody. We booked our car 1 week in advance and when it was time to pick up our car they didn't even have it ready. Pick up time was 10:30am when I got there, they told us the car will be ready in a few in a few hours. So we left and came back in a few hours. When we got back our car was not there and they made us scramble to find another rental. I asked them why our car wasn't ready and their answers were "oh it happens there's nothing we can do about it." This place deserves 0 stars. This was the worse experience and they basically almost ruined our trip. Shout out chino hills enterprise though! They deserve 5 stars. read more

Tony & Josh at this Enterprise made my crappy situation a HECK of a lot better. I had my car in the shop down the street due to recall/electrical issues. When I came to rent a vehicle, they were very understanding of my situation and gave me the car right away. They kept an eye out for my payments every day after that. When I returned the vehicle, I had left my stroller in the car, so they offered to drive me to the auto shop so I didn't have to lug it around in the Uber. I truly appreciate the service that I received from this Enterprise. I'm very surprised they only have 3.5 stars (maybe this was before they started working there?).
