SADLY, The last time I was in OReilly's in Glendora on Route 66, I think it was the manager who was on the phone and using the "F-Word" loudly and frequently I have no idea as to who he was talking to, but HE was way out of line, a sad little man who is ignorant to the importance of his language. Left me outside for an hour with my old battery disconnected, only to ultimately tell me he couldn't remove the old battery due to rust. But I will say that every time I have been in here, someone immediately yells out hello and then if I even take a second to look around to see where I am going, they are quick to ask what exactly I need and quickly direct me to the right aisle. Someone will ask if I need help if I take to long deciding what I need, and they help even further when I take my items to the counter. The item I want to buy showed "in stock" on their website, I then called this store (the Glendora store) specifically to ask if the item was in stock because the store is far from me, and I do not want to drive there for nothing. They told me on the phone, "yes, the item is in stock!" So I drove 45 minutes to the store and was just told that it is NOT available! I asked them if they could help order one and have it delivered to me or to another store near my home, they said no, they couldn't do it! Then they made me wait for like 15 minutes so that they could cancel the order. Totally a waste of time! Btw, this happened yesterday; as of today, the item still shows "In Stock" on their website. My wife and I went to this store location on a Saturday, a couple weeks ago. When we walked in we heard loud profanity music playing on the speaker. Because of the loud music, no one heard us walk in. Minutes later a young lady with a black shirt and black leggings came from out back and asked to help us. My wife asked about the loud music and the young lady seemed to get offended. My wife then asked for the manager, the same young lady that was dressed inappropriately claimed to be the manager there. Such a shame someone that is in that position is allowed to treat their customers like that and dress how ever they want. read more

Special ordered some fender liners. Items never arrived on time. When they did only one of the two arrived. Never got a call from anyone at the store informing me of the delay, lack of order, or the fact that the items will not arrive. After about one month, the other piece was delivered to the store; again, no call or communication unless I called them - this was typical every time. The buyer of these liners was visiting from Mexico and they were made aware of this and promised that the items would arrive well in advance before my guests go back home; they never arrived. They left. I then returned to the store and asked for them to ship to Mexico; they said they would and later went back on their word. Prior to asking for shipping to Mexico I asked for a full refund and Tony the store manager said they would need the actual credit card for a refund of which was with in Mexico by now. Now, after I once again called them since they don't communicate, they advised me that the items cannot and will not be shipped and that they will refund me the money in cash all of the sudden. Poor management, poor communication, poor store manager and poor customer service from bottom up and top down. Greatly disappointed. If I could give them a negative rating I would. read more

I was driving on the freeway and my wiper blade flew off and caused a couple dangerous situations for me since it was on my drivers side. I bought the blades about a month ago at this location, I called the manager Anthony (I believe that's his name :/) when it happened and he was so nice and helpful. He told me to come in asap and they will take care of me! He put a new blade on for me at no additional charge and when he felt it wasn't to his liking, he upgraded me to a nicer more heavy duty set and still didn't charge me! I haven't had such amazing customer service like this in a very long time at day to day places I shop. My review is based on a phone call. Called this place for the same part that I was looking for at Greentec Auto amongst some other Auto places. I had an amazing experience with the person I spoke with, Tony I believe was his name, who helped me over the phone. He was polite and went out of his way to not only check to see if they carried the item on the floor but after checking because they did not have the part at the time he also called another store location to make sure they had it. It's unfortunate that now days employees are to lazy to give good customer service, unwilling to walk over to the location of the product they sell and check to see if they have it in stock or if not recommend or call other store locations.
