Well " we were transitioning" my policy was " lost in the shuffle" and " she doesn't work here anymore" I was told by adion financial when I realized my policy had lapsed. After 3 days of waiting for return phone calls. I was told my premium would be double and a300$ deposit was needed. Policy could not be reinstated. Mae the supervisor never called back. Anya from customer service no help. So I called nationwide myself to get my policy reinstated no help from adion at all. I am not an insurance agent and got better results my policy will be transferred to another agency shortly. And on 6/8/16 they had the nerve to call my new agent and question why I was changing agencies like nothing ever happened.very professional again lol. Good bye adion

Over 4 hours stranded by the…read moreside of 91 south highway, waiting for insurance road side assistance, which never showed up and called tow company who reported they were given a wrong address and sent to a home address and didn't see me so they left but were going to send another tow out again. Unfortunately, after waiting over another hour n no show, i attempted to call the tow company multiple times to get an answering machine. I then attempted to call the insurance, and it was a back n forth, and they were going to follow up, but time kept ticking n no tow truck. I finally had to call 911 n have them send their highway tow truck, pay out of pocket and tomorrow follow up to pick up and have towed again to dealer or see if they could repair at their shop. I sat in my car w open window, unable to close it because the car was completely dead. I had to put a table cloth over the window to help keep wind out until I texted my supervisor to pick me up. It has been one frustrating afternoon and unacceptable client service and possibly endangering my well-being. This has led me to cancel my policy and would never deal with liberty Mutual ever again.

An insurance advisor will advise you on proper insurance coverage so you don't get wiped out by a lawsuit; I cannot stress how important this is. I had a disasterous situation a few years back, and State Farm made good on it. Naturally, if they're assisting you on a 23k loss - you have to understand your bills are gonna go up- but in all honesty it wasn't as bad as it could have been...and I'd want the company that was there for me to recoup their losses someday. Two years later, what began as a quick account review by Justin at Coe's office to see if State Farm could meet my USAA rates...became a meet and BEAT by far. Between the rate beat and an added incentive to bundle, I actually decided to up my coverages too(as it was 'found' $, that I didn't have before). To go from 50/100/50 to 250/500/250 was a smarter move now that I actually have things to lose- and I had been being cheap / under protected all along. Was only a small amount of $ to boost those coverages big time, and behind it all - I know it's a company that is gonna do me right because they've done it before. A+ across the board.

We have been with this program for a number of years, bundling home and auto. Yes, the rates keep going up each year, which is to be expected. Last year seemed on the excessive side, but I let it roll. Today I realized that they are proposing a 71% increase in our premium for 2026 to 2027. What?! We are mature adult drivers with less than 10,000 annual miles of driving. My husband had a recent minor accident, but I don't believe that has even entered into the calculation for the new premium. There was no damage to the other car, very minimal damage to ours, and no injuries. No tickets or other accidents on record. 71%? What I see online is other consumers reporting that their rates were going up 45 to 50% in a number of cases. Once they shopped other providers, they were able to get much better deals. I sure hope that will be the case when our agent shops options for us. Just on general principal, I want to get away from Hartford as soon as possible! It's a good thing our renewal time is almost here, and we will be moving on away from them. Their partnering with AARP to save older drivers money seems to have turned into a bad joke, bordering on a scam.
