I've gotten their chorizo burrito bowl many times; my co-worker got a burrito and it was definitely better and bigger than Chipotle's (also not as overly salty) and today I tried their spicy pork enchilada and it was bomb. Inside is really clean with reasonable amount of seating and but they're very prepared for lunch hour / take out orders. It's worth the extra dollar. My biggest complaint is that if you're charging a dollar for lettuce there should really be more of it - it's barely there. I ordered vegetarian nachos and the grilled vegetable burrito. The burrito was good--the grilled veggies were super yummy. However, the nachos were not good at all. They were soggy (possibly from transport), didn't have much cheese and were drenched in sour cream. I ordered delivery- first time customer. It was meh. I ordered the guacamole, veggie burrito bowl, elote and a fish taco. I enjoyed the fish taco; it was the best thing I ordered. (Although I think it would be better with red cabbage.) The guacamole was unremarkable, the bowl was bland and the elote was over cooked, over sauced and over spiced. I can't speak to the dining experience because I've never actually eaten at the restaurant itself, but the delivery is great - on time and often early. I used to love this place. I've ordered food from here regularly and always always always ask for sour cream on the side because I am allergic. Including tonight! But when I pulled my order out of the bag, there was sour cream on the nachos. No big deal I thought, I'll just call and tell them about the mistake. When I called, not only was the man who answered the phone more than rude, he then misrepresented me to his manager when he was relaying the message. And refused to correct the mistake. What am I going to do with nachos with sour cream on them when I'm allergic to sour cream and my order specifies otherwise? I used to order from this place 3 or 4 times a week, my tab for this order was over $40 and these nachos were at least $13 with the outrageous extra amounts they charge for sides (guac is $2.75 and they are so stingy with the servings), but I digress. If I'm spending close to $200 a week ordering food from this restaurant regularly, but they won't correct an error...why would I ever order from here again? And when did customer service become optional, especially for the food industry? They are very accommodating to special instructions and never ignore them (which is a big one for delivery). One time I ordered in and food arrived very sub-par -- overcooked. I called just to let them know, not looking for a refund, just to make sure other customers who are new get a better experience. They promptly refunded me and were very happy to receive feedback. Tortilla was already wet and soft (I ordered delivery so this is a given) but the chicken was bland and tasteless. It gave me a time they would deliver by...20 minutes passed that time I tried to call the restaurant to check the delivery status. No answer. For the next 10 minutes I called about a dozen times. My choices: Chicken enchilada - comes with rice, black beans and a shredded lettuce, tomato and sour cream salad. Nachos - cheese, pico, sour cream and black beans. The enchilada was delicious. A little smaller than what I imagined it would be but still filling with plenty of chicken and delicious cheese. The rice and beans totally helped it be more filling and the salad was also great and fresh. The nachos were great, the tortilla chips were crispy and salted, I actually ended up eating some of the salad from the enchilada with the nachos because there weren't enough toppings for the bottom nakey nachos (we all know this horrible situation). I ordered my mother a grilled steak burrito and she said it could have been a little more flavourful but I had a bite and it's good, I'd order it for myself.
