After a bad experience at the location on Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga, I was afraid to try another Habit burger. Habit sent me coupons to try again so we went to this location. I'm so happy we did. The Manager goes above and beyond at this location. All managers should strive to be like him. He's old school with old school customer service values. When our food was ready, he personally delivered it to our table. He did this for all sit down orders. I've never seen this at a Habit. We were not a number! We were customers. Our char burger and fries were perfect. Quality control. I saw him inspecting everything that was about to be sent out. We thoroughly enjoyed going to this location because of the Manager! It was nice to see someone who deeply cares. I let him know how much I appreciated him and he gave my Mother and me another coupon for a free charburger! What!! I'll definitely be back. The sauce on the Korean Bites is pretty good.....and thankfully they were not fried hard, so I was able to enjoy them. The green beans were fried good as well. I placed my order online and they have a Mobile order rack, but are yet another business that does not utilize it. It took no time to be greeted and given my order, but it's just the point. Mainly come here for their Tempura Green Beans. They are sooo good! I enjoy their burgers too since they are charbroiled. The only downside is that they are very greasy so I don't eat them often. Inside is clean with plenty of seating. They have a drive thru which is always a plus. Took a while to get our food but it wasn't too bad. read more

2nd visit to this location (there's another about 5min further from my work); the best thing about the Habit is they start taking orders for about 10:00am which is great for us on early warehouse shifts (similar to Panda Express & Yoshinoya) but today was alittle bit of a disappointment. Felt ignored by the manager/ supervisor/ lead server who was more into his paperwork than customer engagement, no acknowledgment for my online pickup order, my sweet potato fries looked burnt and tasted burnt and my double char burger (from Dodger reward/promo didn't taste like a reward) when I finally got my food after waiting for alittle bit. Being one of the first guests of the day felt more like an inconvenience to the staff; good thing there is another Habit in the opposite direction. I was told she was busy and she seemed very annoyed and was rushing me to leave. We decided to try the new chicken club and sign up from Facebook advertisement. Service is friendly as they try to help with deal and ask to download the mobile app. I was able to use website and preordered my sandwich and side directly. The Habits burger is modern, fresh, and clean. Restroom required code to open for patron only. We ordered club sandwiches, fries, and couple cones. The sandwich is big, ingredients like avocados, tomatoes, lettuce are fresh. Fries are large sticks and cones are nice in the cup that way; good size. I was holding my two-year-old son waiting to be serve served while two individuals who look like managers kept walking back-and-forth would look at me look away and continue on their day. The cook would look up at me and there was absolutely nobody inside of the drive-through. I hhad done absolutely nothing but walk-in stood there, and I was ignored as if I were a complete ghost. Visited this location today went through the drive-through and got a simple charburger meal with onion rings. The wait was decent in the drive-through as there were people ahead of me. Upon eating my sandwich, I noticed that there was no pickles and no grilled onion added. I'm unsure as to why this was skipped. I'm assuming because it was busy? It's just very disappointing, ordering the simplest burger and not even getting all basic toppings I paid for. It does place an unfair burden on the guest to have to completely open up their burger to make sure it has been completed correctly. The customer service + wait time at this location sucks. Why does it take over 5 minutes for someone to assist at the drive thru speaker and then it takes 5+ minutes to get your food. You'd assume it's because they're busy, but they're not. I'm about giving second chances, but today was my 3rd time at this location and it was the worst. Each visit has been worst than the last. When I got to the drive thru, there was already a car waiting at the ordering menu. They waited over 5 minutes and just drove up. I then waited 3+ minutes and no one assisted until I said something. The car in front of me just drove off when it was their turn (I assume they got upset and decided not to purchase). When I got to the window, the employee was laughing. When I drove away, I looked inside the restaurant and it wasn't busy at all. I was in the drive thru for a total of 20 minutes and there was no explanation for the ridiculous wait time. It's good and taste fresh my only complaint is that they don't have any combo meals which makes it feel like everything is way more expensive. I was lucky enough to attend the "soft" opening today and this past weekend. During this "training period", they are serving meals for free to test their processes and iron out the kinks before their grand opening this Wednesday, February 22, 2023. The location is nestled across Target, right across Navy Federal. We stood in line and each customer was handed out a flyer that gets you a free meal. Most of the freebies were a charbroiled burger (with your choice of toppings), a side of fries, and your choice of beverage. I scored one of the better freebies that gave me 5 other options instead of just the charbroil burger. My meal also came with more choices of sides so I opted for the green beans and tried out several of their drinks. My favorite is the brewed tea! My meal was made perfectly and the staff was really nice. I saw a "trainer" next to the associate who helped me with my order and I must say I am Impressed with how they're handling these few days leading to their grand opening. Wow what a mess! We visited this location on Saturday 10/28 around 11:30AM. We originally wanted to try the Korean BBQ burger but was told they were out of kimchi. So instead, we ordered: Portabella Char Teriyaki Char Onion rings 10pc. Chicken bites HOWEVER, the chicken bites were TINY and we noticed we only received 9 pcs. so we let them know and they said they would bring it to us. So get this, they brought us ONE ADDITIONAL PIECE.....lol. Additionally, the onion rings were a smaller portion than other locations. The burgers were fine, thank goodness. We also noticed the employees were talking extra loudly in the open kitchen. I understand that employees banter and talk but when it's loud enough to disturb my eating, I feel that takes away from the ambiance of the restaurant. Overall, my experience at this location sucked. I'm a Big fan of the Habit and this location so far has always had fast and friendly service. I Love that Santa Barbra Char (but without the grilled onions ) and for whatever reason I always get the onions in my burger. I always ask and they repeat my order and even the ticket would say without onions but I always get them. Hopefully the cooking staff will it on board soon. This location is nice but can get a little crowded with this small parking lot but the drive through is a Big plus. read more

I stopped in here after hearing how popular it is with the locals and that it's preferred just as much as In-n-Out and this was near my hotel, so it was a quick drive to check out. They use kiosks up front to place your order which were a little confusing when it came to customizing the burger, as I didn't know what comes on it to know what to select. Aside from that, everything else was great. Service was decent. The burger was really tasty and used fresh lettuce, not bagged (you can taste the difference of bagged lettuce) and the flavor of the entire burger was great! The onion rings were also excellent, even though I prefer the smoother texture batter, these were piping hot, fresh and really tasty. I'd return for sure! read more

Never ever took more than 10 minutes even with a big order. Why the hell did it take me over 20 minutes just to order?! By the time I got to the window it was another 15 minutes and I wasted my whole lunch and im late to my job. This is just unacceptable. I usually get the Ahi burger which if seared right is delicious, and it was spot on here. I'm giving all 3 stars to the chef who prepared and assembled my sandwich. I'm taking the other 2 stars away for the piece of fish being smaller than normal and for the rude manager woman who said you only get one sauce when you order a side of the Tempora green beans. I mentioned I would be splitting that side with my wife who likes the spicy sauce and I like the Ranch sauce, so she said it would be $.65 for the extra sauce. Meanwhile we are eating our 2 sandwiches and the side order of green beans at $27 dollars. But here comes a Wise we'll dressed homeless man to fill his extra large big gulp with the handle on it and proceeds to fill it with Coke, I tried flagging down an employee who was wiping down the tables and pointing to the gentleman stealing the 64 ounces of soda and he just ignored it and walked to the back.
