When it came time to go pick up my order, the parking lot was kind of busy, but manageable. The place was actually really busy and they were handing out orders in a timely matter. There's dining in options inside--and outside with cute little umbrella tables and chairs. I was greeted upon entering and gave them my name for pickup. They were still finishing my order so I waited briefly. Their menu is pretty extensive and they have a lot of drink and chip options. I ordered the Roasted Garlic Steak Chop which had romaine, garlic steak, celery, fresh beets, tomato, pickled onions and seasoned croutons. I also added feta crumbles. The recommended dressing was blue cheese, but I went with the lemon vinaigrette. LOVE the packaging of everything. It was a decent sized salad too! Everything was so fresh and wonderful! Customer service was good and everyone was friendly. My friend ordered a drink and wasn't told there were no refills; I asked at the end just to double-check and was told refills aren't available. Not a big issue for me since I brought my own water, but worth noting. The restroom was clean, though it uses an air dryer instead of paper towels, which made opening the door a little awkward. Overall, I'd still recommend Sweetgreen for fresh, customizable meals, especially for plant-based eating or dietary restrictions.

It's just as described by other reviewers...Chipotle style establishment with Mediterranean food. The servers work like an assembly line, serving you at different stations. The staff were not overtly friendly. They were just very matter of fact, asking you whether you want rice or salad. The line was very long when we arrived around 6:30 pm but it seemed to move pretty efficiently. I was happy to see that none of the items I wanted were "all out" which often is the case when you go to a Chipotle or custom pizza place like Blaze. The only thing I noticed was that there was litter all throughout the restaurant since the workers appeared to be tied up serving and making food. We got a kids build your own and a bowl. They packed it in with everything we wanted. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Dinner was so refreshing. One of my fave items at Cava is their pita chips. I can't wait to go back!!
