This location is great! They are definitely working hard here. Each person that was working greeted me said hello and made sure I was taken care of. They were slow but as soon as they got there more people start coming and they were hustling they definitely read the pace of their customers and was able to meet that same pace. I love the sandwiches here I got the chicken Philly and I added a little extra meat and then I get it Mike's way with no raw onions add jalapeños add relish add banana peppers add pickles and then I get extra relish and the red wine vinegar on the side too. And they even make sure that I got extra because I asked for it the relish is delicious I could literally eat buckets of it it's so good. The place was clean was well put together the ambience is great it's like a surfing vibe in there but I think Mike's from New Jersey so maybe that's the theme. read more

Food is ok but horrible service. I have ordered online for a quick pick up and every time it is the same thing over and over. The staff sees you walk in and stand there and will ignore you. For one your food is never ready at the assigned time, which is understable if its just a couple minutes but over 10 minutes is crazy . And if your food is ready they will not acknowledge you standing there or ask for your name to hand you your order and get you out. read more

Nothing upsets me more than having to throw out my food! I ordered a #8 club.. nothing fancy, just what I like.. except I asked for no mayo, I communicated twice that I did not want mayo.. what did my sandwich have as a hearty extra.. lots of mayo! What is not heavily expected is their customer service and the fluidity of how their crew works. This specific location truly has a top tier team for a fast casual deli shop. Efficient, quick, always servicing with a smile, and just overall working together as a unit. I swear, if I still had my restaurant up and running down at Haven City Market, I would steal every single one of your employees. It's happened 4 other times but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. A bunch of young teenagers who clearly don't care. This store is the best location by far. I'm crazy about Jersey Mike's because of the amount of meat that they put on your sandwich. Service is usually good at other locations too, but the Ontario/Rancho store has the best team. I like their sandwiches and the manager is great BUT I saw something GROSS yesterday. I placed an order through my app yesterday around 6pm. When I went to go pick it up, it wasn't ready but it's not a big deal so I waited. The guy behind the counter was finishing helping another customer pay and that customer paid with cash. The cashier took the money, gave him his change back, DIDNT CHANGE HIS GLOVES and then started making my order. GROSS. He was touching bread with his DIRTY gloves.
