Walked in at 8am for a couple of subs. Was told that I could not get a hot sandwich because the employee there ( who you could tell didn't want to work today) had to clean the oven. So then I ordered a cold sandwich but was then told there was only enough meat for a small sandwich because they had not prepped for the day yet!! REALLY NICE SANDWICH DUDE! I came in on a late Thursday night and the gentleman running the place (BY HIMSELF) had a fantastic attitude and demeanor! He was busy but never got flustered or agitated. He was very professional and handled my sandwich with care. I ordered The Boss and it was delicious, one of the best sandwiches I've had at this franchise. My only issue is that the guy ran out of a lot of veggies and other sandwich items. My parents missed out on several needed ingredients and they noticed the flavor was missing from their sandwiches because of it. The guy was upfront about the issue and it's somewhat understandable. He's probably dealing with a weak manager who doesn't properly stock the store, it's not his fault. We also got some drinks and my parents missed out on getting Diet Coke from the fountain (they also ran out of that lol). The guy made it up to us though and gave us some bottled Diet Cokes since we already paid. Like I said, he was wonderful! I felt right at home at this Subway and the vibes were immaculate. There was a LONG hair in my sandwich. I have dyed red hair that isn't even as long as the one that was found. And my fiance has short hair so it couldn't even be one of his. Even so one of my hairs can't just be found between the cheese and bacon and my sandwich was toasted. To top it off I'm 9 months pregnant and have been just sick about the fact that I possibly ate someone's hair because I did eat half of the footlong and found the hair on my 2nd small bite of the other half. I called this morning because we went to pick up our sandwiches around 7:45 and got home around 8. My mistake was waiting to call in the morning because I was already stressed out. But I wasn't able to get a remake a refund wasn't even on my mind because I had thrown away half the sandwich but I was just flabbergasted that the worker actually said I couldn't get a refund because of corporate rules stating they needed the sandwich AND a receipt which I was not given. I'm just upset about the sandwich because I was looking forward to them making it right with even just the video and seeing I do not have that type of hair or color. I understand corporate rules however when it comes to your customers health, a pregnant customer nonetheless, ESPECIALLY like hair in your food I feel like someone should try to make it right. We got there at 9:30pm, they close at 10pm! When we walked in the worker immediately us everything he COULDN'T make and WOULDNT make ! Convincente Subway next to gás station. This subway is fast, you are in and out in no time! They usually make my sandwiches pretty delicious too. You can eat inside or at the outside area. The kid making my sandwich was attentive to details and patience enough when my online coupon was not working correctly. I went to pick up and I had ordered 30 minutes earlier was told it was not ready yet so i waited another 15 min. This Subway always has a bunch of different employees. Today I went in and there was this woman named Marsha with another young girl and the service was not good. They were yelling and talking about how one of the girls has a crush on some guy. And there was a child that I'm assuming was was the daughter of Marsha. She was inside in a scooter saying all kinds of things. When I walked in it was a group of us and the young girl was really upset because she was the only one out there. she said " ugh all you guys tell me what kind of bread you want cuz I'm gonna make all the sandwiches at once cuz there's to many of you" The guy in front of me even asked her if she was having a bad day because she had attitude. I came here yesterday (Dec 2, 2020) to pick up my order via the Subway App and I saw a female employee behind the counter cleaning up. She saw me try to open the door but it was locked and then she started closing down the store. I looked on my phone and made sure this was the correct subway and it was. I then went into my car to give the employee the benefit of a doubt that they were working on my order as I arrived there around 4:30 pm with my order's time to be done by 4:40 pm. The worker went outside with the store fully closed at around 4:35 pm and left. I called the store prior and no answer. In fact, at this moment (Dec 3, 2020), I called the store 4 times since they opened and still no answer. I'm now down $14.63 on my card. What in the twilight zone just happened.... I came in on my lunch break to pick up food for me and a coworker (who is in a different office down the street) Linda the worker, rushed me as though it was packed( I was the only customer there) I ordered two foot Longs, one w/ turkey another w/turkey & ham(if I didn't remind her about the ham she was going to forget) , mixed up my cheese and when I told her she just switched them back( cross contamination anyone??) she kept rushing my toppings "next? Next next?" I felt unbelievably rushed the entire time.. the phone wasn't ringing, no one else was in there just me. DISGUSTING!!!! I just left from this place and I wished I had seen the reviews before coming here! I ordered my sandwich and while it was being assembled I noticed they had veggies going brown and moldy.. the work space looked disgusting like it hadn't been properly cleaned in days. There was mold and rust on the sides where they keep the food to be assembled. Absolutely worst subway Monday placed an online order for Turkey Bacon Avocado Paid in advance and picked up . Only to get back to work and I am lacking the Avocado. When I called I was told I could come get a replacement . Made arrangements for Wednesday (today) when I called I was hung up on 3 x only to hear back ground of someone saying they can call back and then on the fourth try , asked to hold , while hearing the person on the other end discussing schedules and training. This subway is amazing! Not only do they have fast service in the midst of lunch hour, but the staff is extremely friendly! Myself and a colleague had ordered a sandwich platter at around 1130. We arrived a little earlier then expected but were more than willing to wait. As soon as we arrived and let them know that we were there to pick up a platter they immediately apologized and began to make the platters. The whole while we were waiting the staff was talking to us and engaging in conversations. This location is close to my work so I go here often. It's an okay location but gets busy, likely due to the UTI school across the street. My biggest gripe is putting in an online order. It's convenient and they have it ready most of the time but they almost always get it wrong. Sometimes they add extra veggies or something I did not request in my sandwich, or they get the wrong bread, or the toast it when I didn't want it toasted. I suggest if you have the time to wait in line then do it. There's another location not too far from here and I might try their online order to see if they can do any better. read more
