Service here is sketchy. At the drive thru, we asked for a mocha shake without whipped cream and was handed one with it. Immediately informed the employee that we asked for one without whipped cream so she took it back looking disappointed. As we waited for a replacement, we saw her just mix the whipped cream into the shake to make it disappear not knowing we could see her through the drive thru window. This is the best Habit location I've ever been to. I ordered my burger with raw onions, extra pickles and ketchup. Not only was it made it as I requested, it was prepared with such care, and the presentation, OMG, looked immaculate. Our experience here always sucks! Customer Service is non existent, they are always rude. We went in last night after placing an order for pick up this was around 8:30, when we walked up to the front door it was locked per usual their dinning area is always closed waaayy before their actual closing time. We had to go through the drive through as instructed by the employee who was there. When we drive up to the window we are not greeted she just asks for the name of the pick up order and starts handing us our items, when we ask for more ranch she tells us theirs some in the bag after checking she had given us only one for two orders, I asked her for more and she stares at us weirdly and gives attitude. The manager asked me if I wanted ranch, and if I ever tried the salads. She said she 100% recommends the salads over anything and I will def get that next time! I asked for the insides of my sandwich to be on the side, and when I got back home, my sandwich wasn't too soggy at all, and I even decided to swap out my bun for the lettuce (lettuce wrapped for the win! ) All in all, I'd rate the sandwich a 9/10! I wish the cheese was a bit more melted (it didn't come with it, so I added it) and i wish the bread a bit more toasted. I think the price is a bit steep but definitely worth it if you can afford to splurge. Upland always ask me if I want my cone in a cone and I say no. When I got my cone back it was in a cup. I told her if she could remake it because I didn't want it in a cup. She said "it's in a cup because it's watery and it will drip everywhere" If the machine is having a problem keeping the ice cream cold shouldn't you tell the customer before charging them? I definitely wouldn't have ordered a ice cream if it was watery. I didn't want to argue I definitely feel she was rude and was not being honest. I think she just didn't want to be bothered with remaking the cone. By the time I got home my cone somehow was super soggy which I have no idea how since the ice cream was in the cup not the cone. I really liked the food. I used to go here three to 4 days a week for lunch. Prices for a salad have gone up like most everywhere. Went there during heat wave and asked for a medium or large water cup. I was super hot. The manager said he would have to charge me for a soda price. Or take a free tiny cup. I am so happy that this location opened up! I have ordered curbside pickup a few times this year and glad to report that our orders were the quality and value we expect from The Habit. We finally opted in for dine-in on our last visit and the staff was great. They accommodated us and even suggested we lower the blinds by the window on our booth as it was a sunny day.
